Love the sales. Love the products. Hate the local clientele for this store but what can you do. Management isn’t responsible for entitled soccer moms running poeple down in the parking lot. What they are responsible for is hiring a crapp load of young people top work there who have no work ethic. No, not all of them. But the bad ones are enough to sour me from coming back. Not willing to help, and would rather run around in the parking lot playing grab a $$ than gather buggies. Completely clueless on stock or items. Overly chatty with each other and engage customers who don’t really want to talk about dubstep. Management please. I’m thankful you’re willing to hire young people but please review the caliber of person you’re hiring. And train them proPerly. When I go to this store I feel like I’m walking into a day care.

This is really your average store operated by run-of-the-mill stone-faced zombie workers. The prices are alright and the sales plentiful, but the selection is nowhere near as good as the wal-mart that’s a stones throw away. It’s a decent enough store that’s open 24 hours. Convenient enough for me to walk there when I’m finished with my work. But i get the bulk of my groceries elsewhere and for cheaper.

In my opinion this store is small and cramped for the population that it serves, This store is in the bub part of all the hubbub… It’s trying to be shee shee, but comes across as kind of dirt-ee. The employess that work here seem more than friendly and more than willing to help, in fact, it seems there was an employee on every aisle, asking if there was some way they could help me. Very friendly. It’s just that this place is small, outdated and really kind of expensive on rather common items, like cans of soup and blocks of cheese. I often lose sight of this place and out of sight, out of mind, I don’t think of it very often. Anyway, there’s an Albertson’s and a Super One that are closer to where I live, and I actually prefer those places to this Kroger’s. Even Wal Mart. Just spacier, cheaper, and maybe even a better selection on most fronts. I would say that this Kroger is a strong 4th on my list of food stores to shop in my residential area. Not to mention the parking lot here is often filled with other cars from other people on other ventures in this busy little shopping center, and you know, sometimes all you want is some groceries without all the hoopla or hubbub.

Garbage. they will keep on people that have child porn on their phone even after the person was arrested for having sex with another employee that was under age. also kept two employees that were caught having sex at work but they let go my fiancée who did nothing but work her butt off and asked for some days off so we could go on vacation. Watch what u eat from here cause theres probly some kind of sex germs on it.

I’m writing a review for a grocery store… in Shreveport? Lame, yes. Bored, yes. You know how some people are«regulars» at a bar and/or restaurant? Well, my parents are kind of like«regulars» at Kroger. Produce is generally fresh and plentiful. Items are stocked often, especially during the busy holiday times. I like the new makeover because it’s bright and way more spacious than it has ever been.(I know I’m probably late to commenting on the new look, but it was my first time back since under construction.) The parking situation is a bitch at this shopping center. It’s usually easier to drop off a loved one and circle the lot a few times or park further away but close enough to the other stores next door. Watch out for drivers not paying attention and pulling away when it’s convenient for them.
