The food here is typical McDonald’s. If you’ve eaten at one you’ve eaten at them all. What makes this location stand out is the lack of customer service. The drive-thru people do their best to absolutely ignore you as much as possible. They reach for your money without even making eye contact or greeting you. They’ll hand you your bag of food with their back turned to you while carrying on a conversation with other employees. They actually just held the bag out of the window without so much as a glance at me. Also expect to have items missing, like straws, so check your bag before you leave. Managers, you need to go over good customer service methods with your employees. If a customer is in front of you all attention needs to be on that customer. All internal conversations need to immediately cease and you need to face and greet the customer. 4−18−14 Update: Once again I ordered 4 meals with drinks. One of the meals was completely wrong and they didn’t give me a single straw. This location needs serious attention. The drive-thru people completely ignore you most of the time. No thank you. No nothing. This location is in dire need of customer service training. 5−9−14 Update: Once again ordered 4 meals and once again no straws and no napkins. This is such a simple thing to fix but obviously they don’t even care. The sub-par management is content with their sub-par employees.

Oh, I’ve been to some bad ones in my day, but this was a joke! Went here to grab fast dinner while moving into our new house right down the road, this was the closest one so… We waited in line for 15 minutes, and for McDonalds that’s a pretty long time. My order was pretty simple, 4 McDoubles no onions, 2 add mayo. 1 lg coke, 1 lg sweet tea, and a happy meal. Well I had to repeat every other item twice, and all I could hear was the woman mumbling under her breath, and saying«Ugh, seriously!» Then after paying and I go to grab the bag from the lady and she quickly jerked it back as another one yelled that it was the wrong order, then persisted to listen to them argue. She finally handed me my food, and closed the window. I was missing straws and dipping sauce when she finally turned around from her obviously important conversation and flung the door open I told her what I was missing and she came back with the straws and told me that there was 2 sauces in, and then tried to argue with me. I finally just offered to pay for them and she«Oh so nicely» got them for me… and to top it all off when I got home, the Coke was Diet and the hamburgers all had onions!
