Absolute worst service. They mess up orders and act like it’s your fault. Beware ordering online and DONOT use your credit card. They will take forever to refund your money after they inevitably mess up your order.

worst establishment I’ve ever dealt with ordered food they told me 40 minutes for delivery. 2 hours later the man showed up at my hotel room with ice cold pizza, crushed package of chicken wings and no breadsticks then wanted me to pay the full price for an incomplete order. please if your hungry don’t call them

hey get 2 stars from me only because the customer service reps on the phone seemed to be putting forth genuine effort. Beyond that it’s one star per occurrence. I called twice for delivery in one weekend as I was stuck in Shreveport and they were close. It won’t happen again. Food was fair but definitely not worth the price, delivery drivers are responsible for seeing that all elements of the order are there, dipping sauces and the like; this didn’t happen either time. First delivery guy had an attitude that clearly read«all I wanna do is go home» but the second guy scored more points in the personality department. We all take the good with the bad but even given that, they still only score a 2 of 5 with me. Lots of room for improvement. Good cook they’ve got over there though, I’d almost give him or her a 3.

OK, it’s Pizza Hut. We all know what a Pizza Hut pizza tastes like, so I’m not going to dwell on that. The problem is, if you call for a delivery, your call goes to a central call center somewhere. I was in a hotel in Shreveport and the guy was trying to find a store in Biloxi that would deliver to me. Once that was straightened out, he didn’t give the delivery driver my name or even my room number… so an hour later, I’, m back on the phone. Then the call center had no idea where my pizza was, but a call direct to the store and the driver found my pizza sitting in a hot box. If you’re ordering pizza from Pizza Hut, call the actual store if you ever want to get your pizza on.
