Popeye’s Famous Fried Chicken 3650

Horrible speakers made ordering a nightmare. Impatient and curt staff while having an empty parking lot. Accurate food that was only warm — probably had been sitting.

Popeye’s has the tastiest chicken. I always get the spicy rather than the regular for that extra kick. Their mashed potatoes and biscuits are very good as well.
The customer service at this location needs some attention. The drive-​thru staff is often not very polite sometimes going so far as not saying a single word to the customer at all. They’ll hold their hand out for money then shove the bag of food out without so much as a thank you. Not good customer service at all.
Also about 1 in 5 visits they’ll give me some dried up, shriveled, overcooked, dried out piece of chicken. It looks like they scraped the bottom of the bin and sold sub-​par pieces rather than throw out the pieces that aren’t up to standards. Hopefully management isn’t ok with this as quality standards are needing to be enforced.
On a personal note why is there a 3-​piece meal then there’s a 7-​piece meal? Where’s the 5-​piece? 3 isn’t enough and 7 is too much. Also why do some employees allow me to choose what pieces I want while others dont?
Very often your accessories (plasticware, straws, etc.) will not be in your bag so look before you leave.
Their food is great when standards are upheld. If quality is consistent and customer service is addressed this location will improve.

Wrong order, overpaid and STUPID staff! The food tasted okay but the drive through person didn’t put cutlery, straws or napkins in the bag. PASS this location up!
