This store has consistently gotten my order wrong and on multiple occasions lost garments. I ask for my shirts to be folded and not hung up and 60% of the time I get them back on hangers. They have misplaced quilts more than once. Now they have lost over $ 100.00 in clothes and I have to fill out a «Claim Form.» I hope that these problems are isolated to this one location and not a problem throughout their chain. I’m going to be looking for a new cleaner but for sure a new location.
