I love this apartment complex. The workers sometimes take a day or two to get around to a complaint, but when they do it is done well. The neighbors are courteous. It is clean. The laundromat is not hot or dirty. Everything you could possibly want is nearby. It is perfect for just my husband, me, and our puppy.

DO NOT move to Raintree Apartments!!! I have had a leak for 5 days that has yet to be properly fixed. The contract company they used to «fix» the leak left paint all over the floor and had obviously gone through my belongings and some of my things were carelessly tossed into my closet. The office manager is extremely unprofessional and condescending. She was so incredibly rude to me I will never recommend any one to this place.
