The food is alway fresh, hot and on point! The menu is VERY pricy. The chicken finger are season very well, the toast is toasted and buttered just right!

I am a fan of Raising Cane’s in general. However, this location was a little disappointing. First, we saw the advertisement on the highway and drove aimlessly following the signs looking for the location. Who advertises on the highway for a location that is five miles away?! I always order the same thing, but this location definitely skimped on the portions. We probably will not come back.

I enjoy Raising Cane’s food. It is always hot and fresh, but I might go once every six months because they are so darn expensive. I remember how the price seemed to keep rising two or three years ago, but it has priced itself out of my budget. I know the prices are rising everywhere, but $ 7.16 for three chicken strips, a few fries, a piece of toast, and a medium drink really affects my enjoyment. I’m sure I’ll be back in six months when I can afford this luxury again.

The chicken is ok… but just ok. There isn’t really any flavor or juiciness to the chicken. It’s like if you grilled chicken with no seasonings and then put plain breading on. There is better chicken pretty much anywhere, which is why I gave it two stars. You would think a place that specializes in chicken would be the best at it. They also have a special sauce which is ok, but also just ok. It tastes like ketchup mixed with miracle whip and a little bit of pepper. Also the chicken was expensive for what it was. If it was more special I would understand the price. One good thing was the people working there were nice.

After placing our order we waited for our food. Then, we began to notice several parties receiving their orders when we still didn’t have ours, including a party of five that came in 15 minutes after we did. We took our receipt up to the counter where the order taker noticed us and asked us if we had our order yet. When we said no, she took the receipt and handed it to the cook in back and asked him to make the order. I guess it had never been turned in? He said they were out of fries so we would have to wait until more were cooked. When we got our order we had been there 30 minutes. Since I had never been to a Cane’s before, I was surprised to find no healthy choices on the menu. I didn’t care for the bread — it’s not really Texas toast, and the drink choices are limited. I would like something without sugar or caffeine. We visited because my sons like the food. I guess the food and atmosphere appeal to a younger crowd, but no excuse for poor service and an overlooked order.

Awesome chicken fingers, but a few times they came out a bit dry. There are two reasons Canes does not get 5 stars: Awful soggy no taste fries and limited menu.
