I love Reginas, everyone is so nice there and very, very, very professional, my sweet Cocoa is so pretty every time she leaves there.

Regina is wonderful with our dog. She has worked him in when he’s gotten in to something so our dog felt better and so did we!!! I wouldn’t take my dog to anyone else to be groomed!!!

If I could give zero stars, I would. I unfortunately bought a groupon and mistakenly used it today for my Shih-​poo. First, I had an appointment and when I left my puppy there, I was told it would be two hours and that someone would call. After three hours, I went back. She still hadn’t been back. So I waited. It stunk, the desk was a mess. Dogs were barking like crazy. Four hours after dropping off my puppy, they brought her out. I’d asked that her hair be trimmed to about half the length. It’s at least ¾ shorter. They inexplicably shaved the lower portion of her belly and nicked her in the process. They shaved her nose and nicked the bridge. And for some ridiculous reason, they shaved around her butthole. All the way around, the hair is shaved. She’s itching like crazy, so who the heck knows what they put on her. I wouldn’t take ANY animal there. Ever. For any reason.
