Staff is very nice. Gas and everything else In Store has very inflated prices and that is the only reason it gets 3 stars. Very expensive convenient store. Price of having to stop 2 miles out of town, I guess. They have a hot bar if you need a foodfix. Fried pizza sticks. Good — clean — nice staff — hot food bar– home made breakfast to take with you in the morning — CLEANBATHROOMS– a must Bad — very expensive

This place is freakin creepy! I don’t know what happened to hubby but he said that the casino being next door has a lot to do with the creepsters hangin around the mens bathroom. Yikes! The ladies room must have had some pretty dirty stuff written on the walls bc there were ramdom black paint patches all over yuck! Evil lookin. Some dude just walked up to me & started a random conversation as I was trying to leave. Freakin scary! Skip this creepster place! :((

This is more a missed connection than review though we had a decent and safe time at the Relay Stop en route to New Orleans. I have no complaints here. The Relay Station parking and rest area was spacious. We came here for a short truck stop in April 2010 on a sunny and humid afternoon. I was with my two dogs, one of them an English Bulldog. I met a very kind man who loved my dog and she loved you too. I remember you as a very kind and cheerful man with straight brown hair(nape length but still short), clear blue eyes, thick and stocky build(strong but not big), flashed a genuine smile, 30s to early 40s(at the oldest), had jeans with sleeveless shirt and a goatee(I believe). I think you drove a pickup truck, though I am not too positive. You told me about the dog that you used to have. You can check my profile and maybe will recognize me. If you know a man in or around DeSoto Parish who fits this description, please pass my message to him. If you believe that you are this man, please contact me. Maybe we can be penpals or text pals.

Can’t go wrong with a Relay Station! Be it filling up the ol’ gas tank, dropping in to pick up a soda and some chips, playing a few dollars at the video poker, or sliding into a booth for a nice down-home cooked meal in the café! I love the Relay Station on Highway 1! Not to mention, it’s got one of the biggest American flags flying that I’ve ever seen! I hear Lee Greenwood every time I see it!
