DO NOT live here. Management is so fake, they act like they are all courteous and generous, but they stuck me with $ 430 worth of extra charges and kept my $ 200 deposit on top of it. My rent was $ 848 so you do the math there. You can’t have any other television service other then DirectTV and the area only offers AT&T’s slowest internet speed. Both of which they declined to tell me before living here. Village at Westlake is much better. Don’t waste your time with Megan or any other manger at this property. BEWARE. Dirty baseboards? really. Karma won’t be very good to them at all.

WORST PLACE EVER!!! We Lived there for year and a half it was a horrible experience. Apartments ARE NOT SOUND PROOF at all, you can hear EVERYTHING specially if you are on a first floor like I was. IT’S JUST A FANCY POOR QUALITY CONSTRUCTION BUILDING. Upstairs neighbors were inconsiderate people, don’t expect anything from the administrator if you complaint for excessive noise, THEY JUST DON’T CARE, administration will rent to anyone just for the money. They are VERY EXPENSIVE and you will NOT GET the quality experience that you expect for your money, there is no recreation for you or your kids other that a crowded tiny pool during summer, surrounded by drunk people everywhere. LAST BUT NOT LEAST, FORGET ABOUT GETTING YOUR DEPOSIT BACK, DISHONEST ADMINISTRATION will make you a stupid story or false promises about giving your money back, AND YOU WILL NEVER GET IT. My wife and I are professionals people (Dentist and Real Estate Broker) AND WE DON’T RECOMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE.

I had a chance to spend a week with the Staff at Residences of SpringRidge and I was impressed by their dedication to the community and their residents. I stayed on the property and loved my apartment. It had a really nice patio outside my front door. It was like my own front porch! The HUGE kitchen and really great extra features like a built-in desk made it a really fabulous place to stay. I loved meeting some of the residents and helping to plan the new Summer Garden Contest. I work in the apartment business and have seen a lot of communities. They are doing a great job here. It is a great place to live and work! Stop by and tell the staff Toni said «Hi» and I miss them! :)
