Totally unprofessional. Called day before to c if appointment was needed– no! Come on over– sent pics of what I wanted he said he’d b able to take care of me– so I get there at 3:30 Saturday afternoon bc that’s what x answering machine says they open– was about 4:15 before anyone shows up– then guy who I spoke w day before says I’d b more comfortable w Rod doing ur work– ok where is HE? Ugh… Lemme call– ok he will b here at 5:30– it was 6 and no f?!$&!? Rod so I left — was so excited thought I was gonna get my tattoo– total let down-they may do ok work but the service is awful and I got nothing but the run around– whole afternoon wasted– I drove an hour to get there!
The more I looked around while WAITING– place really needs a facelift– looks old and dingy–
