Starbucks

Stopped here around 5 pm and it was busy. The restroom was a mess and the coffee area needed some attention. Staff was ok. 1 staff person was friendly and helpful but he was off the clock. The waffle cone frappuccino tasted like milk with a tap of coffee. My mom said her caramel latte tasted super milky also.

Bad service, no brown sugar, no sleeves for cups out, or napkins. Take FOREVER! Area very ghetto

I stopped here on the way home from Fort Polk and on my way to Dallas. It is right off the highway. This was just what a needed for my long drive.
Friendly employees & delicious coffee.

Starbucks has the best coffee & there treat are a delight! But, I hate the long wait. No matter what time or day it’s always super busy, but It’s worth the wait!

Ok I’m definitely having to drop a couple of stars. This location has gone down. It really depends a lot on the day and time that you go by there. If you go on Saturday mornings, expect to wait in a very long line wrapped around the building and dealing with a guy who can not manage to get an order right if you deviate from the standard… such as asking that your Java Chip Frappuccino be made with an extra shot of expresso and no whip. Expect to go round and round with him on putting the extra shot in the drink and not on the side and that yes indeed, no whip on top at all and that you want all 3 of those Java Chip Frappuccinos made the exact same way, with the extra shot of expresso IN the frappuccinos and no whip (no, none at all) on any of those 3 drinks. Then, once you finally get to the window, do not expect your order to be right. That would be crazy thinking! Oh, and consider yourself lucky if your frappuccino appears to have been made with any ice.

Stop here annually (only once a year) on a drive through the area. It is easy access off of 3132. Always a quick and efficient staff. Clean shop and smiling employees!

Awesome staff. Most pleasant color scheme. Calm and quiet. Indoor and outdoor seating. Nice pit stop before reaching downtown Shreveport and Arkansa

Love my Starbucks! The advance ordering using their app is awesome. I just run in and grab it. No wait.

Worst Starbucks in the area by far. Always too crowded, and doesn’t have your typical good energy feel to it like the other Starbucks. Won’t ever go in here again.

I mean, I love Starbucks… But this location… Ha. Every single time I order an ICED caramel macchiato, they give it to me hot. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I don’t get it.

Great service with a smile. What’s to expect from a pricy coffee place, the same like any other Starbucks … But if one doesn’t war to invest in making your own home latte or cappuccino then wallah! A nice smile behind the counter with some good choices will sure start your day right!

This Starbucks location seems geared toward the Highway 49 traveller. Because parts of Highway 49 can be desolote, this particular Starbucks happens to be one of the first real opportunities for food (or caffeine) as you approach Shreveport. The store is located in a somewhat empty shopping center, but it is close to the highway and that is what really matters.
Plus, there is a drive-​thru window for drivers that want to make a quick pit stop before heading back onto Highway 49.

This particular Starbucks is always packed & yet I can never understand why. As with most Starbucks in this city, the service is entirely too slow, pastries are always dry & crumbly, and the other food items (sandwiches, boxes, etc.) are always hidden and they’re usually out of one or more.
The only reason i stop here is because there really isn’t another location in this area. I guess that’s why everyone else does as well. If i could find a decent coffee shop as close, I’d be going there.

I always stop here on my drives from Dallas to New Orleans. Its off the beaten path so usually parking or a quick drive thru. Staff always friendly.
