Taco Bell

The Mgr at this location is highly unprofessional, combative and does not seem to understand the premise of general customer service. I was told to drive around again just to buy a $ 20 gift card within the holiday promo.
My second time around the manager was actually bothered that I asked how to redeem the Dorito Loco offer and drink as do I get a coupon or something. She huffed and hollered for someone to make the two and demanded to know my drink option by stating the following verbatim, «I’ll do it this time. But that has ended.» This is what prompted me to take a picture and try to include her. Should I explain how her statement was erroneous at best because if it is posted then it is to be honored. And not one favor is done when I am paying my cash and I have options.
The quality of the items were not bad and the kids loved every bit of their Starburst drinks and we stick to chicken and cheese options. I did try the Dorito Loco for the first time and it wasn’t bad.

A very solid Taco Bell. Went here countless times in high school and was always left impressed. Whether we dined in or drive-thru’d, we always got out food quickly and with good quality. Management is very respectful and workers very compliant. Doesn’t quite have the «it» factor to garner a 5 star rating but it’s still a highly recommended location.

Overall, your typical Taco Bell, however they’ve consistently done a few things that aggravate me to the point where I wouldn’t ever go back.
They consistently forget dessert items. Whenever I’ve ordered a few cinnamon poppers, or that new captain crunch thing, it’s been left out.
Written in several times about it, but never received any sort of recognition. Which leads me to believe they would repeat the same problem to other customers. If you order dessert here, MAKE SURE IT’S IN YOUR BAG.

Cool Ranch Doritos tacos are in and they embody the hype that has preceeded them. I feel way cool ranchier just for eating one of them… okay two… two of them… oh, all right, who am I fooling? I ate five of them…5 Cool ranch tacos! And I’d do it again!!!
