My Grandmother was sent here for post op care and rehab… we advised the staff 3x of taking care of her incisions and a concern for infection.. my aunt noticed the bandages had not been changed all week and were seriously infected and called the ambulance to come get her yesterday. She is now in serious condition at Willis Knighton hospital and was fine when brought here. Beware of this facility!
