I have been renting for quite sometime and was not happy with the property management at my current location. So, I decided it would be best for me to invest my money in a home instead of a sub-​par apartment complex and with roughly a month left before my lease expired on my current apartment and rent being raised, the hunt began. I got deeply involved in the home buying process; attending free home buying classes provided by Redfin and mortgage lenders– which were great, but were lacking in the individual attention I needed. I should also mention that I am a veteran and wanted to use my VA home loan. This requires a loan officer with a great deal of knowledge to process. I vetted quite a few loan officers to help me complete this task in a month. I heard of Drew Mortgage Associates, Inc through a friend of mine who spoke very highly of them and given my need for assistance I decided to check them out. When I called I spoke was greeted by a very friendly woman and I proceeded to tell her my situation, she thanked me for my service and asked me to hold for a moment. She got back on the phone and said she would be transferring me to the owner of the company Bruce Rawan, no I am wondering if there was something wrong. Bruce got on the phone and I explained to him that I would like to be in a home before my lease terminates and would like to be no more than what I was paying now. He brought his Senior Loan Officer Mark Mohammed on the line to help out. Immediately they took control and let me know exactly what was needed from me and reassured me that they would do their best to get the deal done. I already had a home in mind which made the process a bit easier. Mark sent me an email while we were on the phone with the documents we would need. I got a pre-​qualification so that I could make an offer on my home and started gathering all the required paperwork for them. Once I did my part — it was easy street from there on out. Bruce and Mark have a great deal of knowledge between them and we constantly keeping me informed through the process. Anytime I had a question they were there for me, anyone who has bought a home before knows this is a stressful process not matter the amount of knowledge you have. Bruce and Mark would reach out to me on the weekend and answer my calls anytime I called them which helped relieve a lot of stress. Anytime my loan went to a different step in the process I was informed and if they need additional information they explained why and what they need exactly. Needless to say I never had a question left unanswered. From finding the home to key’s in my hand 30 days and I was happy with them each step of the way. As Marine Veteran to my Brother in Arms I highly recommend the top notch team an would highly recommend Drew Mortgage Associates, Inc because of their knowledge, professionalism, timeliness, and reliability; and being honest finding all of those qualities these days is very hard. I will personally continue to bring my business to Drew — Thanks Mark & Bruce for all your help throughout this process.

These people are very unprofessional and rude. They called our house at 8 pm then would not stop talking for 3 minutes. After the person realized they weren’t going to make a «sale», they hung up on us. All these people do is call all day long hoping to find some poor unsuspecting person to take advantage of.
