If I could give one star I would. I’ve been standing in line for about 45 min now while the guy behind the counter ignores phone calls and slowly takes care of customers. Ridiculous

Small branch in a back woods part of the strip mall area. Game Stop is pretty much a standard set up however I really received service above and beyond here which is often appalling elsewhere in other branches. Good job to the staff here, two thumbs up!

I attempted to return an XBox360 today which I received as a present. It was brand new and unopened, in the box.
The employee opened the box, tearing the seal, opened every component, hooked it up to their television, and THEN told me that I could have $ 60 for it. Interesting, it cost my friend $ 199 two days earlier. Since it was a gift, I had no receipt. But since the employee now opened everything, I can’t return it anywhere. He cost me $ 139 and didn’t even apologize. What an idiot. Seriously.
