+ Pros: + The service was fast. + It was relaxing to seat comfortably near the fireplace. The venue was bright and clean. + Thirty minute free wi-fi was offered at lunchtime and dinner. + It was free and easy to park on their private parking lot. + Please register to their free loyalty program to get free products and discounts. — Cons: I usually like the Panera Bread offering(e.g.: the ‘Quinoa lentil bowl’ with cage-free chicken, breakfast bagel sandwiches, Asiago cheese and blueberry bagels). Tonight, I tried the new $ 8.99 ‘Garden Chicken wonton bowl’. You can choose as a side: a crunchy and sweet apple, a small bread or chips. The broth was so salty, I could not finish it. Moreover, the size portion was too tiny to be satisfying.

Like Michael W. said… and… Honestly, it was like eating at a cafeteria set inside an Abercrombie & Fitch. There were tons of jerks sitting around with nothing but an empty mug, taking up valuable real estate, absorbing all of the free charger power and WiFi they could. There were elderly people looking for a place to people watch, parents looking for a place to wrangle their kids while they administered their sugar and caffeine-laden reality-tweakers. My favorite was the blogger with the white earbuds, mugging like he was writing a Pulitzer Prize-winning anecdote. My biggest issue came with the cashier who looked at me as if I weren’t worth the time it took her to carelessly punch my order into her screen. Not only did she enter it wrong, which cost me more money, but she didn’t even thank me for my business, just slapped one of those ridiculous, vibrating coasters into my hand and said, «Can I help whose next?» The food could’ve been purchased from the Deli counter at any grocery store. The cost was outrageous and the portions small. Avoid this place! It represents all that is wrong with our economy.

A chain restaurant. Good food, no frills. I like to get the half and half with the turkey bacon avocado and fuji apple salad with an order of their mac ‘n’ cheese.

This place sucks. If you are a wannabe hipster and have no idea how to find a shithole Starbucks or where to go to show the world how aloof you are you can always go to a chain store bakery and sit around swilling coffee while pretending to be doing something of consequence on your laptop. Of course this is the very kind of place that a true hipster would skiff at. The food here is horrible, it’s not cheap for what they give you and oh yeah the food isn’t good!

The worst Panera Bread store branch I have ever been to. Panini overburnt on the outside, cold on the inside. Decided to write about it here instead of addressing it to the manager because he was a huge disappointment. this middle aged caucasian manager guy… after talking to one of the workers in unfriendly monotone voice, then turned towards me looking annoyed and said yes that’s me but I am busy right now. You are busy… oh well then you lost customers to your competitions! thanks for this awkward panera experience to help me realize that I have been spending my money at the wrong place. I prefer my sandwich free of attitude please. So hello Burgers from FIVEGUYS and Vietnamese sandwich from PHOSURE. Perhaps he was way too«busy» bossing people around that he literally forgot to tell the difference between a worker and a costumer? he got uncomfortably close, invaded my personal space that I could hear him breath heavily. Maybe he was trying to intimidate me but I am sorry to say that did not work at all! I could not help but wonder what kind of education and upbringing he had at home to behave this way. I feel so sorry for all the workers out there who have to put up with an individual like this one who clearly lost his many things. Very very disappointed. All I wanted were some peace and decent food. This business definitely does not deserve my hard earned money in the future.

Love Panera! My favorite place to stop in if I’m on the go. The Mango smoothies are delicious. I will say sometimes the staff seem a little… unenthusiastic…but regardless, the food is always great in my opinion. Will get packed on the weekends, don’t recommend going right at peak lunch hours.

I love Panera but HATE this one. Just got my take out tuna no onion chips for side. I get tuna slapped together so bad that it’s not even in the sandwich it doesn’t taste right and onions are squeezed in on the side and no pickle. It was the most horrible tasting tuna I have ever tried to eat. I live 2 seconds from this Panera and I just going to drive to Millbury from now on. I got the tuna from the Worcester Panera a bunch of times never tasted this horrible. I also have tried the Napa Almond Chicken salad sandwich from here before and it was dry. It’s never dry at any other Panera. My boyfriend got the turkey sandwich and it was rolled into a ball in the paper also without a pickle and the chips for the side were missing. Never again.

A little on the slow service side, but good fresh food available earlier rather than later

I like this place, but it’s not all healthy. I think some people are confused and will order the bread bowl cream-based soups thinking it’s a healthier option than a burger, it’s not. They do have some amazing, lighter fair, but not everything there is a smart option.

Panera is one of my favorite places to eat, but I find it to be horrible inconsistent. I’ve been to many Paneras in many different states, and I find they screw up very often. But what do you know, this one didn’t screw up! Other than that, I’m not really sure what else there is to review. As long as they do it right, the food should always be the same. I did try the new chicken hummus bowl for the first time and it was awesome, I’ll be ordering that again.

Ask about the secret menu!!! There is a mediterranian salad a friend tuned me into on the menu for next time but this is about the last time. The lettuce wrap with steak, pesto, tomatoes and onions was a simple, low carb surprise for me. I’mnot one for chain restaurants but I do like this place for lunch and that the ingrediants are known. It gets a little busy at lunch time so be prepared to wait a bit, a good 15 – 20 minutes. Happy luncheon!

This was my first and last visit to a Panera. I can’t understand why anyone would visit this franchise. This is the WORST value for a meal I’ve had in years. I had a turkey sandwich with exactly 3 slices of turkey on it. Not only was the quantity poor, but the quality of the meaqt was aweful as well. There’s nothing worse than slimy meat. Seriously? What a joke!

ITPACKSFORLUNCH! P A C K S! For a reason… BREADBREAD and more BREAD! And those cinnamon crunch bagels!!! It PACKS, so if you are on a lunch break, take out or get there early. And if you are into people watching — keep your eyes open for the«we met on line» safe place to meet… its actually cute. And I got picked up by 370+ retirees… good time! Did I say BREAD?!

Stopped in to the White City location yesterday for lunch. I heard about good things abut their Strawberry Poppyseed and Chicken Salad and thought I’d give it a try. I was not disappointed. The fruit(strawberries, blueberries and pineapple), walnuts, lettuce and tomatoes were fresh and very tasty. The bread I ordered to have with the salad was also good. The location overall was clean and modern looking. My order was taken and served promptly. My dish was whisked away quickly after I finished. I’m glad I came, and I’ll be back!

Who doesn’t love Panera? I think I eat at a Panera just about once a week and at this location the most frequently. Everything here is great, and they are really quick on service, despite how CRAZY busy it can get here. I can’t wait for spring so I can sit outside. Its usually a good break from the muted roar of voices inside. My only real gripe is parking in this plaza has been crazy for as long as its been around. This means you will probably have to do a sprint from your car to the door, especially during the summer months and the kids are filling up the place. I take home a loaf of the tomato basil bread every other time. My family Loves their sandwiches made with it! This Panera has my favorite little nook with 2 winged-ish arm chairs at the far left back corner, that I will actually chill with my laptop sometimes. I find that I always come here when I need to divulge a drunken debauchery story from the evening prior with a trusted buddy. Go love it up!

Because my first review of this place is sorely lacking, I’d thought I’d update with a better one. During a good majority of my freshman year at college, I went to this Panera Bread at least once a week for lunch. I can always go for fresh soup and a sandwich, and Panera Bread always delivers without sacrificing taste for speed or comfort; even though this particular Panera Bread is a bit out of the way for me, I’ve made the drive way more than once when I got a craving for their delicious chicken noodle soup. I highly recommend you check out a Panera Bread near you — I’m not lucky enough to have one close to me at home like I did up in Worcester, but I know as soon as I find one nearby I’ll probably be taking a bit of a drive for a visit. Oh, and for the record — I very highly recommend you go with their Pick Two option and get half of the Bacon Turkey Bravo sandwich and a cup of the chicken noodle soup — as I mentioned above, the soup is absolutely delicious, and the Bacon Turkey Bravo is close to a perfect sandwich.

For a chain restaurant, Panera is great. I go here pretty frequently to work and their sandwiches, soups, etc. are always tasty. If you get there early enough the egg souflee is worth trying. I usually get the Earl Grey tea, but they have a good selection of other teas as well and the mango is quite good. I’m not a big coffee drinker so not much to say there and the smoothies are kind of mediocre. Overall, a nice place to grab a bite and the free internet is a nice bonus.
