Compared to some of the others my experience here has been opposite. The main office folks have been very nice and accommodating. I lived there for a year with no hiccups the rent is reasonable compared to all the other places around. My extended family is also living there for quite a few years now and there are a lot of consultants in the area who have been living there for good few years now. All in all main office is great in helping you out. They are also very flexible when the lease was getting over as they gave me extra days to move out my stuff who does that these days? I do agree that the apartments are a little dated but as people are moving out they are being renovated. They have a nice green walking area outside as well. All in all i would recommend this place.

I agree with theprevious reviewer that this place is more of a dump than anything — we rented there a couple of years ago, as we were in transition to a different place — horrible — the venting system(look carefully at the vents in the ceiling which blow the warm air) — are almost blocked with calcified dust; the smell of spices comes right into your unit from theother units — there is high occupancy by people from India — dirt, dust, very– very unplesant management — outright NASTY — I am so surprised they have any demand whatsoever– definetely not worth the rents, they are also old, very dated and beat up.

This place is not worth $ 1500 for a 2 bedroom. When you pay that much… you expect a certain level of decorum from the management which you will not receive. First and foremost, this place does not offer safety as you would assume. There was vandalism in building 35, in which black spray paint was used all over the elevator and the 3rd floor and staircase. This was about in April/May 2013. Then there was a letter at the door to remind the residents to be vigilant due to recent occurences of car tires being stolen during the night. So these residents would find their cars on cinder blocks in the morning. This was at the end of May 2013. When my boyfriend first moved into this place, the oven did not work(May 2012) and today I talked to a woman who just moved in, and her oven also doesn’t work.(July 2013) Seems to be a problem with ovens in this place. My favorite part is that they left her a note saying her oven does work. Nope, it only works up to 200 degrees so she had to call again. In the winter time while I was with my bf for winter break, there was a VERY big draft coming from the balcony door and the windows from each room. Before calling the office, I decided to be nice and use the weather plastic you buy at Home Depot. That plastic lasted 5 minutes before the draft blew it off. I called maintenance and the guy came and said that every apartment has this issue and that I should just buy heavy drapes($ 50 a piece at Bed, Bath, and Beyond). Called again, this time they sent someone to caulk the windows and door. Still did not work, I reapplied the plastic and it still blew off. I would just sit in the living room watching the insulation plastic blow in the wind. HEATISNOTINCLUDEDSOTHEBILLWAS $ 200/MONTH FORJUSTELECTRICITY. Now let’s move onto summer(July 2013), there are 2 air coniditioners for a 2 bedroom apartment. The main bedroom has an air conditioner, and the other does not. The other air conditioner is in the living room. Boy do I feel bad for who ever is stuck in the second bedroom. The air conditioner is not very strong either, so I would recommend a fan if you’re the lucky person in the seond bedroom. Anyway, called 4 times to complain about the AC and their response everytime is, «It’s working.» I even had the manager up here and his response was, «Do you close the windows when it’s running?» Well, my response was, «I am not stupid.» To which of course his only concern was, «It seems like you are living here, you should sign the lease paperwork.» Their priorities are in making money and sucking the life out of you as you call multiple times for the same issue. Talked to some other residents, they also all have problems with their A/C, especially one woman who says there is a moldy smell coming from hers. Now here is another problem that took MONTHS to get fixed. A few friends of mine and myself were hanging out here and spent the night. Well guess what the shower does? It changes temperatures on you! Literally within a minute it can go from being just right to blazing hot or frigid cold. I was afraid to wash my face in that shower because I didn’t know what to expect. Called maintenance, said it was fine. Called again, nope, nothing. Are you seeing a pattern here? Called the manager, they replaced a valve and it was fine. But they left muddy boot prints all over the bathroom floor. That was in Winter 2012 and now July 2013, there is still a problem with the sink doing the same thing. Customer Service is dead.
