The Kaiser Medispa

As usual, a great facial Michelle! Thanks for understanding my sensitive skin. I am always satisfied with the facials and massages at Kaiser Medispa. They listen to your issues and needs and make you feel special!

Terrible customer service. Bought a spa package for my Mom for her birthday 10 months ago. She called the company multiple times to set an appointment, only to get their voicemail every single time. No one ever called her back for months, until she started requesting money back. They then told her that they were having delays because they were replacing their staff. So much for the birthday present…
When I called them to get my money back, they refused. But neither of us have yet to talk to someone directly — this was all over voicemail! Stay far, far away.

I came across this place when I bought their Groupon for three microdermabrasions. I was a little wary because I had never heard of this place and I couldn’t find any reviews on it. However, I was so incredibly pleased with what I found!
The facility houses a chiropractic office, a fitness studio and a spa for skin care treatments. I can’t comment on the chiropractic or fitness services, but the skin care services have been amazing! At first glance, the facility is very clean and new. And, while the spa waiting area is not as closed off from the front area as some larger spas, it does have a generally relaxing ambiance. The treatment rooms, themselves, are as nice as any spa I’ve been to before. In addition, all the front desk staff, and anyone I’ve spoken to on the phone, are very friendly and helpful.
The highlight of my visits (I’ve had two so far and am looking forward to the third) is the esthetician, Michelle Campos. First of all, she is great at what she does and my skin felt incredible immediately after the treatment. She also promised me my skin would glow in a day or two and it totally did. On top of that, she is one of the sweetest people ever! She made me feel so welcome and comfortable and we had such a nice conversation. I referred another friend to her and my friend also raved about how wonderful Michelle is.
I don’t normally spring for services like microdermabrasion because it tends to be pricey. (I’d say the prices here are on par with an equivalent treatment anywhere, though I’m clearly not an expert because I don’t usually do stuff like this.) But given how nice my skin feels and how awesome Michelle is, I plan to set aside a bit of money to return every few months. I highly recommend it!
