Best BBQ place around by far. I have ordered close to everything on the menu and they have never disappointed. Bob, the owner, is great he really shows he cares for his customers and loves what he does! The girl at the front desk does her job, but could be a little friendlier. Definitely try the Mac and cheese, chicken in the bag or the brisket. Or literally anything on the menu because it’s all great!

The food here is great, never been disappointed! The mac & cheese is amazing. I had ordered a few trays of it for a staff event last year and my coworkers still rave about it-​even the ones that aren’t huge mac & cheese fans said it was the best mac & cheese they’ve had. I’ve personally tried most of the menu and have liked everything I’ve had but, my favorite thing to order is the Santa Fe wrap. Super delicious! Deff a place to try out, just make sure to have cash on you. Also, the owner is a great guy, super friendly and funny. If you haven’t been to Bob’s you’re missing out!

In this area you have a choice of 3 joints and they are miles apart
So support local. Bobs team is very accommodating. Plus! They are getting ready to open an outdoor seating area as well as offer adult beverages and an expanded sit down area inside.

Love this place but tonight I had a not-​so-​pleasant experience. Arrived there at around 6 pm, there was one girl working, phones ringing off the hook, etc. my boyfriend and I then begin to place our order. She was a bit short with us but we were understanding, seeing that she clearly had her hands full. After waiting for about 10÷−5 minutes we decided to take a seat. We waiting longer watching people come in and walk out with their food before us (mostly call ins) finally after 30 – 40 minutes later we got our food. Paid for it, left a tip and then remembered to ask for extra blue cheese. The girl working seemed very annoyed and told me it was an extra $.75 which is not a big deal but I felt like it could have been compensated since we waited for a very long time and now our food is cold.
Food is great, but I recommend calling it in if you decide to order from here.

After reading all of the previous reviews, it’s clear this establishment is cash only. As long as you are prepared then it’s fine.
Despite the feeling of no heat in the store on this 2 degree night, I hold it to 5 stars regardless. They are as authentic as it can be. They’d have a goldmine if they were located down South. Keep up the good work & good customer service.

This place is awesome. Yes, it is cash only but that works for me. They were able to pull together a take-​out meal for 20 in a few hours. They were exceptionally kind and customer-​focused. I honestly do not think I have ever met a nicer person than Bobby. We had a crowd of people at the hospital down the road just before the holidays, an unexpected tragedy, and we needed to feed everyone. Bobby understood the situation, gave us the right amount of food and everything was delicious! A bright spot in a dark time; thank you Bobby and staff. These are the kind of people who renew your faith in humanity.

Definitely our go-​to burger place. We love their burgers, and their chicken, and their ribs — actually, we pretty much love whatever they make. Heavy but wonderful sides. Our favorites are the stuffing, mac ‘n’ cheese, and baked beans. When we’re feeling guilty, we order the roast veggies on the side and are never sorry.

Awesome awesome awesome! One of my favorite places to grab food. Wings, burgers, chicken wraps, Mac and cheese, and so much more. Staff is super nice and the wait is usually never unacceptable. Seating is a bit limited, but I hear they plan to expand soon. CASH ONLY can be a bit of a pain at times but all the pros far outweigh the cons…

Wow! My coworkers today told me they were ordering lunch from Bob’s today and I am really glad I decided to try it! I had the pulled pork on a Kaiser and it was delicious! Can’t wait to go back!

I’ve been to Bobs a number of times, BBQ around here in N. Westchester is nothing that moves you.
The corn bread is awesome but the BBQ I’m not a fan of, I think I might give it a try again but it would be out of desperation for BBQ and I am not willing to drive far to get great BBQ.

Great burgers and out of this world dry rub slab of ribs. they only take cash but well worth the trip to the ATM to get grub from this place
its a small place and is usually used to o pick up food and eat it in the comfort of your own home and some while driving home because the smell will drive you insane. but there are some chairs inside and outside during the nice weather.
sides are so enticing through the glass as your ordering your food but your eyes are definitely bigger than your stomach because your not gonna have enough room once your done eating your meal. but it still worth getting it and eating it once you wake from your food coma. loyal customer!

Went to Bobs last week for lunch. Had been there once when it opened and had been passing it by for years. I got the brisket on rye with sweet potato fries. Daughter got a kids burger which is so big 2 kids can easily split it.
My brisket sandwich was amazing. Steaming hot and smothered with onions and BBQ sauce that was so delicious. Can’t wait to go back!
Only complaint — they don’t answer the phone so you need to order in person. Answer your phones!

BBQ not up to par. Staff consists of a family with young children who you seem to be interupting with your. order. Got the pulled pork& mac and cheese. Both lacked flavor.
I will stick with my favorite The Roundup on Rt9 in Cold Spring.

The food here is really good, the ribs are always tasty and the thanksgiving dinner wrap is fantastic as well as the cornbread stuffing, the only problems with this place are the wait is kind long sometimes and the girl behind the counter isn’t very pleasant almost robotic, nor does she seem like she wants to be there but if you like bbq it’s worth a try

I went here for the first time with a friend a few days ago because I had heard good things from friends. I dont see myself coming back and heres why:
I’ve worked in customer service for over 10 years and I’ve never experience so much rudeness in an establishment before.
First of all the girl at the counter didnt even say hello. MAJOR turn off. She was oogling me and my friend like as if we were an inconvenience to her.
Ordered our food and sat down. She brought over our food or should I say «plopped» it down on the table and walked away without saying a word or offering us cutlery.
Paid for our food and she dropped all my friends change without giving a fuck. Couldn’t get out of there faster. Only reason i’m giving this place 2 stars is because the food was good. Which is a shame cause the customer service was the worst. Wont be coming back.

I’m not a BBQ connoisseur, but this place was serviceable enough. Think they’re trying hard and the pulled pork sandwich was fine and adequately juicy and flavorful. One of our group was from Kentucky and she was underwhelmed, but whatever, it’s New York BBQ and it was tasty enough for me

BBQ chicken wrap was OK, but would benefit from less sauce and bigger and juicier chicken. The tiny chunks of fried chicken just did not cut it for me.
Lots of choices, so I will head back for another try
