My mother has a storage unit with them. They took her name off of her account and put it into someone else’s name (the person who helped her set-up the account), then forced her to track that person down so she could get the account back into her name.
Another time, they took a payment from her (later acknowledged to be received by them, as she told them it was paid), then called two weeks later threatened to take her stuff unless she made a payment for a past due account.
