Ace Hardware

They truly are the helpful hardware store.

I love coming to this Ace for the personal & friendly service that I rarely get from the big box stores in town. Though I sometimes wonder if not a bit too helpful. Example: I asked for 100% pure silicon, which the gentleman quickly took us to. After asking what the silicone was for, the salesman proceeds to tell me he’d had his Treadclimber for over 10 years, with X-​amount of miles, & it’s never needed lubed. After a tactical pause & I told him thank you so he’d go away. #1 — I’m a mechanic & like my equipment to be cared for, especially after dropping a couple of grand on this machine. #2 — My Treadclimber is aligned properly, but has a new squeak thanks to going up on the lift cylinders. Not a Rocket Surgeon, but lubrication usually solves that problem. #3 — I’m a customer that asked for specific product. #4 — This doesn’t help you make a sale. Thankfully most associates are not as cocky.
They are a certified C3 ChipKey Center of you don’t want to waste your money at a dealership.

Great customer service, but they lack inventory so I usually bypass them for either Lowes or Home Depot.

I don’t know why I even bother with Walmart, lowes and Home Depot. I’m let down every time! But there’s hope, Ace ALWAYS has what I need with awesome service. For some reason I forget to look there first every time and waste hours driving and browsing the big box stores.

Smaller than Lowe’s or Home Depot, but Ace usually has what you need at about the same price. Staff is super friendly and helpful, they greet you at the door and help you find what you need.

Okay, why do I even entertain the thought of going anywhere else in town? Customer service alone wins me over. I needed what, three items, and instead of wandering around, I had help (and offers of advice if needed) with each item I looked for. Everyone I encountered was beyond helpful, as before, and it kinda feels like family when you go here.

This business offers knowledgeable, real assistance and solutions to all your home or project needs.
Each area employs an associate that is familiar with each product and use of that product. You can get in quickly, out quickly and feel confident that you have exactly what you need.
Plus this business being local, not only keeps it local but I appreciate how this establishment gives back to the community.
