Bottom line up front:
IF YOU ARE MILITARY, DON’T RENT WITH THIS BUSINESS! Even if you’re not, avoid them at all costs!
I’m probably just echoing the majority, but these guys are as shady as you can get. Don’t use them if you want a business that will be clear and transparent with their actions. You’ll most likely lose any deposit money you put in on the front side as well. Whatever you don’t document they will dock you on, what you do document they won’t fix and then try to get the next person on. We were there for 9 months and documented all of the broken things on day 1. Countless work orders put in during our time there and none of it was fixed by Bradley.
Sierra Vista is a military town with a lot of turnover. Bradley will take advantage of the high move out rate to prey on military members who are on orders. At our move out inspection, we were told that all deliberations would be made independent of the agent they had actually doing the inspection. She could only take ‘pictures’ and someone else would make the determination. This way, you would have a very hard time fighting them on any claims they make against you when you’re 3,000 miles away.
They money took off our deposit and gave us sham receipts from businesses that neither existed on Google, Yellow Pages, or Better Business. When we reverse googled the phone numbers of these ‘legitimate’ businesses, it led to cell phones. When we did a reverse google search on the business addresses, we found residential addresses. We asked for business accrediation to prove they were legitimate, just got stonewalled. On top of that, the receipts charged 2−3x more than market price for cleaning and yard work.
I should have known better than to risk renting with these guys. When you have a bunch of 1 stars and a couple of 5 stars, it’s probably likely that the 5 stars are fluffer reviewers and the 1’s are people who actually dealt with them.
I’m military. To any military members looking for housing in this town, please be wary of this business.

One of the worst property managers I’ve ever had; they don’t check on your property! In the six months they managed my property, they checked on my home one time and that was only because I told them I was coming to visit. Their pre-​check revealed an issue with the landscaping on the property not getting water; the sprinkler system wasn’t getting power and what do they do? Nothing! They send me a note saying the plants don’t look too good; lost at least a thousand dollars in plants. They are horrible, I fired them as soon as I saw the property. What’s more, in speaking with the tenant, he’s made a number of calls to them about various minor issues that were never relayed to me! Horrible, just horrible!

I have had my property managers by Bradley Properties since 2005. I have read complaints from renters but they are misinformed. If you don’t know, the owner has a big role if the property is fixed or not. Too many people blame Bradley. It’s really the people who own the property if the property is fixed or repaired. I have had few complaints for the past 8 – 9 years with this management company.

I understand that their main client is the owner of the home; however, if your customer service towards potential tenants is poor, you’ll without a doubt lose potential clients. Example — I asked for schools within the area, I was told to look it up myself. My messages never went through and last but not least not good with keeping appointments.

This review is based SOLELY on help with finding a rental home. I did not have any experience with this business for property management. Face it, Sierra Vista is a property owners’ market and most realty and property management companies could care less about customer service when it comes to finding a rental home. I dealt with Bradley Properties for a couple of days. Of five companies they were one of two that had someone in office to answer my call and were more than agreeable with showing properties.
