This place has poor customer service I called to schedule an appointment and was denied because they said I am in the army and I needed a referral. I asked if I could just pay out of my pocket and they said no they cannot perform any services for me. It just seems insane and ludacris that a business will turn away a potential customer who was willing to pay out of pocket just because they wanted to bill TRICARE.

I was not impressed with this office. I called to schedule an appointment and it was for 2 months out. They called the night before cancel and say the next available appointment is now once again 2 months out. If they are so busy they don’t need business then by all means let them enjoy the fruits of their labors.

Easy to schedule, friendly staff. The doctor took extra time to answer questions, explain conditions and procedures. On one visit my son had broken his only pair of glasses. They were able to provide a new pair THE SAME DAY!
One time my wife decided to try tinted lenses. They gave her a headache, so she went back. The lenses were quickly replaced with clear ones and the bill adjusted accordingly.
We do not have eye care insurance, but the staff works with us on the medical and optical exams to make it quite affordable.

Service is awful. Staff are overall rude and appear incompetent when it comes to explaining their procedures and policies. They don’t return phone calls and it’s always ‘someone else that’s dealing with it’.
I was referred to this company by another optometrist after having a standard eye exam for glasses (which was covered by my eye insurance), as the pressure in my eyes was reading high. Took along my referral for them to do a medical glaucoma screening. Had the test, and doctor examined my eyes with a light. I have high vision insurance, and was only required to pay about $ 10 copay on the day.
I’ve since received a bill from them for $ 160 for an ‘eye exam’. After disputing this with them for four months, back and forth — It’s their fault, then it’s my fault — receiving repeated invoices, and eventually just being told that the bill stands, and will have to be paid, I have finally given in and paid the bill. I did NOT receive and eye exam at this company. One member of staff has since said that the eye exam is a mandatory procedure when a new patient comes to their company. However I DID NOT receive an eye exam — I was referred to them after an eye exam, and they knew that — Which is why I was only screened for glaucoma. The additional bill for an eye exam is completely fabricated and not covered by my insurance, as they only cover 1 eye exam a year. I think they are trying to pull something!
RIDICULOUS and UNSCRUPULOUS! I will never have anything to do with this company ever again, and if it weren’t for their complete lack of professional communication and a fear of my credit being affected by an unpaid bill, I would have told them to go stuff it. But their stance is that the bill is owed, and must be paid. NICE!
Awful company, and from reading other negative reviews on here, I don’t think they’ll be around for much longer in a small town like this!

I have nothing good to say about my experience with this place. I would not recommend this place to my friends. While the consultation with the doctor was good, the reception and its staff have zero customer service. I was incorrectly billed and they are unwilling to make amends, leaving me to pay for their mistakes. Horrible, HORRIBLE… I wish I had seen the other review about this place (
). After venting to my co-​workers, its been confirmed that this practice is not highly recommended.

It was somewhat busy when we stopped in, mid-​day but were helped in a reasonable amount of time with eyeglass repair. The shop has a decent selection of eyeglass and sunglass frames and I’ll consider purchasing here in the future.
