My husband got a brass plate engraved to be put on a plaque. One of the words was spelled wrong. When my husband pointed out the wrong letter in the word the lady told him his handwriting was shaky so the U looked like a W to her. I think if the handwriting wasn’t clear enough to her she should’ve called to make sure of the spelling. Asked about getting it fixed and she said they would charge another $ 40.00. So we’re throwing it away and will be getting a new one somewhere else. Another example of the poor customer service we’ve become used to in Sierra Vista.
