Hertz Rent A Car

These guys are amazing. I called 15 minutes before they closed saying we were going to be 15 minutes late for our reservation which was at closing time and he was so kind in telling us that they would stay for us and to take our time heading there. When we got there, he was quick but very kind in processing us and getting us our car. I would 100% recommend renting from here. They are amazing and so kind and very knowledgeable with our questions.

Great experience! I had to exchange a car I got from the Tucson airport at this location and the owner personally helped me. He was very efficient and made sure I was taken care of without any hassle. I really appreciate the great service and will definitely look to Hertz for my next rental car.

This Hertz location is quite small. However, don’t let the outside appearance fool you! This is one of the best locations I have ever rented from, including all the companies I use. The staff (Steve) is simply amazing. He is a great rep and will do anything he can to help a customer (within reason and policy of course) and is just overall a great guy. I have rented here numerous times and have never been let down. The biggest con at this location is selection, they don’t get many upgraded cars (mostly compact and a few full size if your lucky) every now and again a nice full size trick or SUV may roll through. Rates are not always in line with local enterprise but the first class way Steve treats you is just a good feeling. I rent here several times a month, and am always happy. Just the few little things like selection and price sometimes keep me frustrated but I don’t blame the staff, its a corp decision that probably leads to lost revenue. Overall, this location will treat you right.
