It just makes me sad when a manager provides worse customer service than any of their employees… especially when unprovoked. It makes me think they must be having a terrible day, hate their jobs or are simply in the wrong career. So to the manager that ignored me at the cash desk instead of taking my order, and then was snarky when I asked for the sauce you didn’t put in my bag — I hope you find happiness in your life, and find a job that better suits you. On another note, I agree with the other reviewer — the drive thru diet coke is always gross, but the soda machine inside tastes normal.

So I stopped in for quick second to pick up four breakfast sandwiches. Quick it wasn’t. Such disorganization. After ten minutes… Still waiting. Sad. Bonus, their muffin toaster suddenly broke so now my order has been switched. Not lovin’ it.

Special requests — FORGETIT. It’s like no one will listen. My order was taken and when I ask for extra tarter sauce on my fish sandwich it is indicated on the order and very plain to see on the receipt. It’s not a communication error, it’s more like I don’t really care to get the order right error. All three times I have been there, my request remains ignored. This isn’t an isolated problem with just this restaurant. It has been a problem with MOST McDonald’s that I happen to frequent from NY to Chicago to Texas and AZ. I don’t go very often because I am tired of being disappointed. Don’t get me started on cold fries. If they are not hot, I won’t waste the calories on eating cold, crisco tasting, petrified, fries. Will McDonald’s go bankrupt if they spare just a little extra requested condiments. It seems so or maybe it’s in the employee training sessions that create these consistent ignored requests. UPDATE: In response to the individual who messaged me. His question went like this: Maybe if you ordered a HAMBURGER and NOT a CHEESEBURGER they would get your order right… K? :) So in a perfect world that would be AWESOME!!! Right!!! But sadly, in the land of Ronald McDonald their menu does not afford the luxury of doing so. K? ;) In order to partake in their value meals one must pretend to order Cheeseburgers and then morph them into special orders without cheese because that is the way it has been done for years. How did I acquire this special knowledge? Well pretty easy. This was explained to me by an employee from McDonalds many many moons ago. I haven’t seen the value menu change to accommodate my silly request so therefore I had no choice when ordering from the value menu. If only life were so simple. Asking for cheese-less cheeseburgers in a 2CEVM at McDonald’s is only mildly easier than walking on water. The Consumerist covers one man’s never ending battle of mostly fruitless attempts in trying to order a 2CEVM with no cheese. To put it succinctly, there is no button on the register. It throws employees into a tailspin and creates havoc and pandemonium in the back. I get it! But the question I have for dear reader who sent me the concerned message: do you?

The staff has always been really friendly at this mcdonalds. They do tend to forget things a lot. My biggest pet peeve here is that they never fill the fries up. I have stopped buying fries from here altogether for that reason. I wish they had a play place too.

They used to be the good McDonald’s. Not anymore. The last 3 times I’ve gone they’ve left out an item twice and other time the fries were so obviously old they were inedible. Go inside so you can see your order on the tray, get the drink yourself, and return the fries of they’re nasty. Bottom line: they don’t have anyone checking quality so do it yourself.

I have been to this one 4 times 3 in the drive thru and once inside. My inside visit was okay. Someone needs to show them how to clean the soda machine sprayed splattered soda all over the place. Now the the drive thru. Every trip to the drive thru has resulted with funny tasting coke and diet coke. It is like some weird berry flavor is being added. I call and tell them that the coke taste funny but when I went inside the coke tasted fine. I get told well it comes form the same spot… Then am told maybe I am not used to drinking coke from Mcdonalds they use a different ratio of syrup. I know this and McDonalds coke is the best because of this. The gentleman goes on to say it don’t take like can coke. Hmm well okay I guess I am just crazy pfft I will go to other side of town. Is not like I live some place it takes extra time to go some place else lol ooo 2 mins more I am at the other McDonalds lol

Mostly ok. Some staff are drenched in personal fragrances(perfume or cologne)! Not cool in any workplace. Please save it for after your shift. Be kind to your coworkers and customers.

They have a Spicy McChicken here that cannot be found anywhere else but here. The pricing for their fries are cheaper than their counterparts. It could be due to the small population. You can get large fries for $ 1.
