As others have said, the Pyramid Games and Comics IS more appropriate. I came here to grab some MTG cards so it had what I wanted. There was a bunch of friendly people playing on a Saturday. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. So it was a pleasure to buy from them. The comics are limited but if you’re interested in card games they definitely have it. They also give a 10% military discount so that was a nice surprise for me.

Friendly staff and they usually have some decent sales/specials going on. As others have stated, should probably be renamed Pyrimid Games & Comics. MTG and Tabletop games seems to be the main focus of the store and comics are more for filling the wall space. Not the most organized for Back Issues, but you if you invest the time in digging, you might find those one or two issues you’ve been searching for to finish up a collection. I would come back to support the local comic book shop to dig through back issues and to pick up supplies.

The owner, some ex-army character is very knowledgable of the many many products he sells. Unfortunatly the name is misleading. should be Pyrimid Games & some comics as the selection was weak. If your looking for a place to check out and maybe pick up a few back issues OK.

Pyrimid sports a decent selection of comics, games, and clothing. Their staff is really friendly and I always enjoy popping in to see what’s new. While they do keep the store clean, the comics are in dire need of new shelves for better organization. Another thing that I noticed was that their shelf for«new comics» was extremely sparse. They have a lot of old comics for purchase, as well as collector’s cards for various card games. If you’re a Magic: The Gathering fan, there’s a long table in the middle usually filled with someone willing to play.(The table also makes for awkward movement around the already crowded store. Just say«excuse me» a lot!) If you’re a Warhammer fan, they have a good selections of paints(when they’re in-stock). I really enjoy going to Pyrimid, but as an avid comic book fan, I just don’t see many new releases that would keep me going back every week. Other than that, keep an eye out for Free Comic Book Day in May. A lot of really great sales happen around then.
