We paid her in full over a year ago and have yet to receive our wedding album. Since she has lost contact with us I have been looking at her reviews, apparently she has done this to several customers. She was recommended to us by a friend who later told us horror stories about a wedding she did after ours. She claims our photo album is done but we still don’t have it and she has not provided a refund.

This was one of the worst experiences I have had and I just put a complaint into the BBB. I strongly suggest you look elsewhere for a photographer. There are many talented photographers in both Sierra Vista and Tucson that are actually good, responsible people. Please don’t give your money to somebody who is otherwise. I am a single parent and set up a family photo shoot a month prior to the date we agreed upon. With arranging school and work, buying the numerous outfits specific to the photo shoot she had promised us, getting clearance cards for the site, getting professional hair, makeup, and nails done, a lot of work went into this, to say the least. Sarah sent an email (DID NOT have the decency to call) one hour prior to when we were meeting up. We were waiting for her and calling her (of course she did not answer any phone call and still hasn’t returned any of my calls), when I checked my email. Sarah decided to go out and party the night before and completely flaked on my family. I could go on and on, but I hope this sums it up and nobody else will have to experience what I did. After telling people about my experience, I was shocked to hear the negative things others had to say. I wish I would have asked around before hiring her, and I wish more people would write reviews.

Received ANOTHER promise of order being completed over 3 weeks ago. Now it is the week before Christmas, and I have not received my final order from this vendor that was placed in September. So, no gift of a wedding photo that is already paid for. Very nice lady, beautiful work, but does not choose to follow through with contract. BEWARE of paying in advance.
