TDY Cleaning

I telephoned for a quote three times. The phone was never answered and my voicemail messages were never returned. I chose another company.

Having recently had major surgery, I cannot clean my house until I recover. I decided to hire TDY cleaning. First and last time I use them. Not only they were an hour late, but they get here and spend 10 minutes outside chatting and laughing. A young lady walks in (team lead I guess) because none of them ever introduced themselves. All of the 7 glass tables were dusted and the glass was cleaned with the same rag. Never once I saw a bottle of glass cleaner or wood polish. My kitchen floor still had the same spots after they «mopped it» my shower floor was not touched! To add insult to injury I walked out my front door and it looks as if they emptied their vacuum bag by the palm in my front yard. If you like your house thoroughly cleaned do not waste your money, as I did. The service I was told I was going to receive at the time of the estimate it was definitely not the service I was given.
