The guys who run/​own this place are awesome. Knowledgeable and helpful, as well as personable. They know what they’re doing and are happy to help you with it.
They cleaned my computer of viruses recently, and in a reasonable time-​frame. No BS nor broken promises. Matter of fact, they turned down more work/​pay by recommending against my paying for a service that I thought I needed but did not.
If you’re military/​law enforcement, they’ll help you out with pricing, too. I didn’t even ask for a discount, but the gentleman took a guess and cut me a break on pricing.

If there is a person who is less lucky with computers and technology than me, I have yet to meet them. So for someone like me, it is important to have somebody I can trust to help me with those things. For computer related issues, Jim and the Technology Nook are always there to help and always get things done right.
I’ve had computers built there, and I’ve had computers serviced there, and I always leave feeling like I was treated right. And they don’t charge you until they figure it out. I had repeated problems with my computer and brought it back several times to be worked on, and wasn’t billed until the problem was fully resolved. Jim keeps at it until he gets it right.
So if you need a custom computer built, or need your current machine worked on, you won’t find anyone better in town than Jim and the Tech Nook. Can’t recommend them highly enough.
