Please, do not waste your time or money Seriously, do not. I realize this is a small town and a spa of any kind is a welcome addition. However, you would be better served rolling around on the desert floor or sitting in a tub of Morton iodized salt. They’ve put a lot of effort into creating a nice front, but wow, what a let down when you get to the service. I left feeling fleeced like I had just dropped a lot of money at a fluff restaurant and was still hungry. I went with a friend — both first timers. She booked a scrub and I had a massage. When asked, I was clear what areas I wanted the therapist to focus on. She spent about 5 minutes in those areas and wasted the bulk of my hour doing nothing useful. Add to it, she dug into my ribs while gently resting a finger tip in my armpit — some bizarre kind of tickle and jab technique. In an attempt to give feedback, I asked for more pressure on my feet, she said«Oh, I thought I was using a lot of pressure» and changed nothing. Essentially she phoned it in. Yawn. I paid for someone to rub some lotion on me, not a massage. My friend fared no better. Her service included a shock to the system ice cold room and ice cold water, inconsistent communication and a lackluster experience. The therapist also decided to add to the experience by sharing personal stories of a friend’s husband’s suicide. Nothing says pamper like discussions of suicidal hangings. The look on my friend’s face as she came into reception told it all. I communicated how awful the experience was to the receptionist who gladly took my money, gave the woman more tip than I requested and offered no apology for the lack of ability and competency of the staff. We were so dissatisfied we opted to try Enjoy & Health Services, which is reflexology. Basic space, no frills, $ 30 for 60 minutes of foot/arm massage and we both passed out in bliss. Thank goodness after that huge mess at Timeless. The adage holds, don’t judge a book by its cover. Timeless is all talk and no action.

Alas, I can now give Timeless the full five-star seal of approval they deserve, after finally having booked more than just a bikini wax. Hello fabulous birthday massage, pedicure and facial! As far as massages go, I don’t like the rough stuff and Marion gently obliged me, but I could tell her hands packed both the talent and the muscle required for getting deep-tissue-real. I was also treated to what they call a Signature Pedicure with Kim, which involves bags of soft waxy goop that transform battered desert feet into the near approximation of snuggly baby kittens. I then submitted my face to the expertise of Lisa’s dainty hands and… wow. Turning 38 has never looked or FELT so especially good!

Booked a next day appointment online the evening before. Checked in 10 min early on day of appointment. 10 minutes AFTER appointment was to begin the receptionist stated that the massage therapist was«not aware» of my online appointment and that she would be available shortly. 20 minutes after appointment start time I was told she was still with another client. At this point I had to leave because I had other obligations. I was offered a $ 5 off next service coupon for my trouble. So 30 minutes of my time is worth $ 5 but 30 minutes of their time is $ 35. It’s an insult and I won’t be back. I do not recommend this spa.

Lisa gave me the mildest peel on Tuesday. I left feeling great. The best part nobody noticed I had a peel I went back to work refreshed. I’m going to do this every month.

I love coming here when I’m in town. This is the best spa in town. This time I got a signature facial, and it was like the best facial I’ve ever received! My favorite part was the chocolate masque and she used the pumpkin spice scent they have this month during the treatment as well. It smelled so good I was craving chocolate pudding and starbucks pumpkin spice all day. I highly recommend this spa, this spa can compete with spas in much bigger cities as far as service and treatments! i love this place!

My husband gave me a spa day for my birthday and he picked a great place. When you first walk into Timeless you automatically start to relax. I was greeted with a smile and offered a beverage while I waited. The first service I got was a facial by Lisa and she was fabulous. She was able to explain to me what she was doing and what recommendations she had for my skin care regiment. Next I went and got a Full hour massage by Tara. I was beyond impressed. I have had many massages and this one was in my top 3. She was able to find each knot and worked it out in a firm but not painful way. I very much enjoyed my experienced at Timeless Day Spa.

I was really looking forward to some self care and getting a massage here. It’s a 45 minute drive from my house so I am pretty disappointed by the customer service of getting a call 5 minutes before my appointment to reschedule. I understand things happen, however costumer satisfaction should be priority. Overall, I am willing to give the place another try based on Unilocal reviews, it sounds like it will be worth it. I just hope my next appointment will be a much better experience.

I have given this place 3 chances. Each time a book a treatment I get my courtesy phone call confirming the treatment, date and time which is nice. However, all 3 time sI did not get the treatment I booked and confirmed. Also, the first time I went there I got what was suppose to be a hot stone massage, really only got a massage, in a room right next to the lobby. I could hear the people in the lobby laughing and talking. Also this room had a 3 foot clock hanging on the wall so I heard a constant tick… tick…tick through my whole massage, not what I would call relaxing. I have given it 3 chances and I will give this place no more.

I went here to get my first full body wrap. The atmosphere when you first walk in is very nice and relaxing. The front desk was friendly and helpful. They offer water/coffee and a little sweet snack! I was called back very quickly and as it was my first wrap the whole process was explained in detail as to what would happen and what I could expect. The rooms had music, and the beds were warmed which was very nice as you lay there undressed! The wrap was amazing and my skin felt so soft afterwards. I believe I had Jessica(I’m not very good with names) and she did a fantastic job of making me feel comfortable. While I was wrapped up like a burrito she gave me a mini facial! The whole experience was great. The prices weren’t bad. I saw a sign that said the prices would be going up in October, but that doesn’t bother me. I’ll gladly return and get more services!

I enjoyed visiting this spa because I was not only treated to the most amazing facial, I got an education about my skin at the same time — what kind of skin I have, what products I use, and what products I should use ANDWHY. I was introduced to SPF30, which I never used before because I wanted to have a tan. But, in the AZ I have such fair skin, I would reach a building from the car and have a red face, but now I don’t. I just look like my pretty self!

Pros– Extremely clean Staff was friendly and professional Services were sooo worth the price Great location So much more luxurious inside then you can imagine Definitely the best spa in the area hands down They accommodated my spa package not long after it was purchased(it was nice not having to wait 2 weeks to use it) Cons– The only con I have about this spa is when my husband(as well as other customers purchasing gift certificates or packages) bought the package they want you to put gratuity on it before you even see what their services are like. I would much rather see how well they provide the services before tipping 20%! Although, the staff went above and beyond and definitely deserved the best tip! Seriously a gem tucked away in a small town. After being to many Spa’s in many states this is one of the best I have ever been to.

been here twice, won’t go anywhere else in Sierra Vista. had two services done, both experiences were magnificent both different employees. the estheticians were very careful and gentle. made some great small talk to make the time go by faster/less awkward. was running late and forgot to make an appointment, but they accommodated for same day service. the interior is very contemporary and very peaceful. this is place is an oasis in a military town. yes, it is pricey, but well worth it! def. worth visiting!

Location is tucked away in Sierra Vista. I’m sure most folks have driven by it many times, I know I have. First impression walking in is the place looks nicer than you would imagine. Friendly staff and had a great massage. Price is comparable to many other places. 20% off on Tuesdays with the check in deal! The hour always flies by so quickly. Will definitely be coming back for a longer session!
