I have been with the company for many years. The staff at this location is very rude and act as if they are doing you a favor with everything. Even asking a simple question gets a sort rude answer. I have been to this location a few times and even though I got different sales people my treatment was the same. Good luck if you go

It would be nice to have coffee, snacks, water, or even a bathroom to use while we’re here waiting on a Sunday to be served… especially when you consider the insane amount of money we’re all spending here. A half hour and counting… nobody has even said, «You’re next! Would you like some coffee while you’re waiting?»

Used to be the best service. The connection is horrible even in the center of Sierra Vista. Can’t get 4G. Usually one to two bars at best. Verizon is the most expensive service provider and just not worth the money here in this town. More people need to complain about the quality of their connection so they can actually get 4G anywhere in town. When’s contract is up, I will look for least expensive options.

I feel greatly discriminated against after two separate occasions of insufficient customer service the first time I went in to purchase a case and was treated with complete disregard. This Time I needed a SIM card to replace the one I had but I did not have the device with me and the representative refused to issue me a working sim card without the device when I am fully aware that it is possible. This representative sold me the device I needed help with which frustrated me the most! She did however, go out her way to help the woman next to me, providing her with an extension of some sort. I had to drive home with two babies with me and drive back just for a SIM card probably because I’m black and I recorded it! She never greeted me to put me in the que when I did come back, she completely ignored me but did run to the front to greet the following person and told me to «calm down» when I politely asked her to add me to the que before the following person. I guess because I’m black I’m expected to be hostile. I was frustrated but I did not cause a scene.

Terrible experience. Very misleading and dishonest in practices and they were more concerned about what was a benefit to them than the customer. Assuming they are on commission. Been a customer for over 10 years and will not return to this store. After several calls to Verizon’s 800 # they somewhat fixed my issues. Do yourself a favor and if you use Verizon just stay away from the store. They will try to take advantage of you. I voiced my displeasure with the store and saleswoman and filed a complaint.

Verizon representative, Jason, was extremely helpful and easy to work with. Came into store to implement family hand me down plan and he worked everything out exactly as we had hoped. Have tried all 4 major carriers, and even though verizon is more expensive, you get what you pay for.

I was at the mall today and stopped in to inquire as to how to block a number. The associate Dante asked to see my phone. All he managed to do was make it so every call I get goes directly to voicemail and explain to me why his iPhone was so much better than my phone. He then gave me a tutorial on how to block numbers on his phone even though it was not at all beneficial. After walking away I just googled it and figured out how to do it on my own. It has to be done through the account not the phone. I would expect an employee to know such a thing even if the customer doesn’t own an iPhone. Two stars because I’m sure they can figure out how you can pay a bill and if you have any iPhone issues young Dante seems to be a wiz.

I stopped into the store because I’ve had some problems with my phone lately. I was helped promptly and my phone was updated. Though my phone was restored to default settings-the problem was resolved within minutes. I’ve been with Verizon for 9 years now and though they are not the most inexpensive, they consistently have service coverage where other carriers don’t. If I’m with a group of people, I notice, I’m always the one who still has service-this occurs in multiple areas throughout several states. –so yes, I’ll continue to be a customer.

My wife and I recently switched over to Verizon after growing tired of T-Mobile’s weak coverage area here in Southern Arizona and the recent acquisition by AT&T. The staff at the Verizon store was super helpful and didn’t push the hard sell on anything. They did a good job listening and giving us what we wanted while answering our questions along the way. We ended up going with the iPhone 4 and so far I have not been able to find a dead spot with the coverage(and I cover a large amount of Cochise, Pima, and Santa Cruz Counties throughout the week). Huge thanks to Retail Sales Rep Jillian R. who remembered me when I returned to the store a few days after switching with some minor tech questions. I didn’t get three steps inside the door before she greeted me and helped me find the answers that I was looking for. Thanks Jillian, you have earned my appreciation and my business!
