Bounty Hunter

This is a small t-​shirt silkscreen shop in Long Beach. It’s one thing to give a company a good review when everything goes right, but the true test of a company is how they react when things go wrong. These guys are true pros and they proved to our company their customer service and willingness to stand behind their product is unrivaled.
The first time these guys did a job for us, their price was competitive, their turnaround time was quick, and their quality was good as to be expected.
A year later we re-​ordered the shirts though, they came out less than perfect– there was a little bit of the design that got clogged on the screen so the print was off in one spot. Nothing major, but still not what we ordered. When we let them know, they were super quick to come by our shop, pick up all 100 shirts and COMPLETELY RE-​DO THE JOB AT THEIR EXPENSE. This included them eating the cost of buying all new blank shirts and completely redoing the job happily and quickly. The shirts came out great in the end and we were very happy and impressed. Couch Guitar Straps will definitely use Bounty Hunter for all our screen printed T shirt needs in the future.
