I almost gave them 2 stars, but the prices are good. Still, 3 stars is generous.
You submit your print job on their web site. To say is daunting is an understatement. You are presented with a million choices and options. Even after 15 minutes of effort, I still had to email them for help with creating my order.
When I finally finished ordering correctly late on a Thursday, I was informed that the job wouldn’t be ready until the following Tuesday even though they advertise a 1 – 2 day turn around! When I mentioned that I was disappointed with this, I was told that «its all explained thoroughly on our website».
I arrived at their shop (hard to find) to pick up my print job. I gave the man my name and he replied, «Oh we can’t give you your order unless we have the order number». Had I driven all this way for nothing? As I staggered back to my car in disbelief, the man said «Oh here it is, I found it!» Whew, close one.
The print quality? A bit less than other shops. The flyers looked a bit faded.
Still they came recommended by people I work with, and they do a lot of work, so someone loves them!

I still print with igo2print and their quality remains amazing! Everyone I referred to them is very happy with the quality, price & customer service! Obviously, there are different types of printing so u do get what you choose to order! Idk what some people are complaining about! They also offer overnight services of needed for reasonable pricing. I definitely recommend them!

If you want really cheap product, go with them. You get what you pay for. Quality is below average.

I found them through RBN networking, they are an online only business with a will call office. I ordered 5000 Business Cards for myself and 1000 for my assistant. When I got there to pick them up I took them out the the car to look at them, there are 6000 for my assistant and none for me… Uhm. Uh-​oh.
So I go back in and told him they were wrong and he says that I got what I ordered, it is a completely automated system and there is no way that a mistake was made. So I said, show me. Open the order and show me the files I uploaded. So he opened the folder and they are all not named what I had named them, they are now Order123456A-​Front, Order123456A-​Back, Order123456B-​Front, and Order123456B-​Back. Since, A was the 5000, I needed to see that. I said, ok let’s open the PDF for A and show me what I ordered.
Boy was I relieved when my card appeared on the screen. He stammered a bit, said he didn’t know what happened and that it has never happened before.
I asked what he was going to do about it. I need cards. He said it would take 2 – 3 days again. I emphasis that I really need cards, I am out, he said he would try to get them by Wednesday. Wednesday comes and I look online and the status says «ready for pickup» so I call to make sure, and make sure they are right. The woman that answered said she doesn’t know and cannot/​will not check. But they should be available for pick up tomorrow.
I drive in on Thursday and pick up the cards, they are perfect, a week late, but otherwise. So no credit for their screw up or anything, and they threw the 5000 incorrect cards in the garbage.
Considering they are promoting «green paper» which my cards are, I am surprised they would throw the cards in the dumpster. I am also surprised they would trash them rather than give the mistake to the customer, or even offer them at a huge discount to offset the cost.
