EXCELLENT! Professional, on time, friendly, responsive, and HALF the price of a quote from another mover. They got my very nice piano up steps, through a tricky little zig-​zag on my porch and into my house. Super friendly too.
Fantastic experience. I referred them to the guy that bought my piano and he hired them right away!

I have used them a few times and they are by far the best piano mover ever! I just moved into a building with lots of tricky spots and they just figured out very quickly and my piano was settled safely. I have seen three huge guys trying to move my instrument huffing and puffing but these guys are always very relaxed and work very efficiently. I had a few horrible experiences with piano movers in the past but I feel so relieved to have them near me.

I’m coming out of «Yelp retirement» to give these guys a write up. Two of them (other places wanted to send three for a higher cost) communicated clearly, showed up on time, and were all business. They moved our very valuable family grand piano down two flights of stairs and into a new home. They were careful in the disassembly and reassembly, also giving me a few tips and letting me know a couple things they noticed about the hardware (there had been a missing piece on the hinge I was not aware of). I’d use them again and do recommend you give them a try.

We used P&O for the second time today and our experience was again fantastic. They were quick, friendly and economical. Thank you P&O!!!

As if my review is needed — read a few more reviews, and you’ll see that this company is obviously wonderful. I have to say, if every company was as punctual and did exactly what they told you they were going to do (with genuine smiles on their faces), the world would be a much nicer place. We made our appointment, they told us when they would be there (two hour window), they called when they were on their way, they arrived when they said they would, and they were in and out in about 10 minutes. My little (free) upright piano is probably not a priceless instrument, but they treated it, and me, with respect. We got quotes from two other companies that were for much more, but I’m so thrilled with their service, I hope everyone just starts with these guys.

I needed my piano moved within my living room. The movers came on time, moved it safely, and helped on positioning it perfectly within the room. They are extremely professional, friendly and careful with my 90 yr old Steinway L. The price was very fair– I cannot recommend more highly!

Two nice guys and very professional. Moved my Baldwin Baby Grand from Ladera Ranch to Vista. What more can I say. These Guys were relaxed and calm, and that is exactly what you want in moving a $ 30k piece of art. Please use their service. Be careful with piano movers with «Pro» or «Affordable» in their names… Just a warning!

We had P&O move our piano recently and they were on time, very friendly and treated our piano like it was there own. Roy and Anthony were the two movers that day and they were extremely helpful and pleasant to work with and made their job look easy (when in reality it is not!). The price was the best we could find and well worth the money.
These guys are worth hiring, I would certainly call them again for the next piano move.

I have used P&O twice in the last five years. They are consistently excellent. I recommend them highly.

P & O Movers are the best! Nicole in the office is pleasant, helpful, professional and keeps her word. She called to confirm my pick up time when she said she would. The delivery men, Roy and Dennis were great! They took great care with my piano and called a half hour before they came to my house to deliver. Call them, you won’t be disappointed!

P&O Movers are awesome! They moved the baby grand from my mother-in-law’s place and moved it into our living room, put the legs back on, and put it in place within half an hour (or less, I wasn’t exactly timing it). Roy and Bill were very professional. They were also willing to work around my schedule. I’ll definitely be using their service again, when we move to a different house and need the piano moved.
A little tip: call them to schedule the appointment, instead of e-​mailing.

Heard that their services are good but missed them on a few occasions because they’re horrible at answering their phones.

I was ecstatic when my aunt said she would give me her baby grand piano if I picked it up. I borrowed a friend’s box truck, grabbed two strong men, and headed to San Diego to pick it up. We got there, and realized how incredibly unprepared we were to move a heavy piano without damaging it. Still, somehow we got in in the truck. I called a mover down in San Diego to see how much it would cost to move the piano for me and it was $ 735! Not happening for a free piano!
On the way back to Long Beach, I called P&O Movers and asked how much it would cost to have them unload the piano and set it up for me. Not only was the price incredibly reasonable ($ 105), but the movers came same-​day — on a FRIDAY evening!
Right away you could tell they were skilled at moving pianos. It took them no time at all to unload the piano and piece it back together in my house. P&O Movers saved my back!

These guys were great! I had my piano moved last week and they were awesome. Really great price (just over $ 100) with only one day notice! And on top of that the guys were friendly and ridiculously fast. The whole process from pick up to drop off was only 30 min! Granted I was moving the piano a distance of 5 miles so that helped :)
But I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs their piano moved!

The only thing I wish is that we had more pianos to move!

Our neighbor recommended them to us when our search came up short. Nicole handled everything for us and gave us a time window so we knew what was happening. We were in a bind and we were thrilled to get it moved the same day!
The guys moved the piano and made it look like the piano was made of air. I felt comfortable with the handling and moving from one place to another.

I just had my mother in law’s 90 years old C. Bechstein baby grand piano moved and I was very nervous finding a responsible and professional piano movers that would understand how to treat such instrument.
I was given P&O number by my brother in law and I was surprise that when I was looking for piano movers on Unilocal,this company did not show up. Unilocal is funny about things like that.
Needless to say, this piano movers are excellent! came in time, courteous, smart, they suggested me the position of the piano once in my home, and I asked them to place it in a different way, and when I did not like it, they changed it again for me. How amazing, I felt so bad for making them move it again. I gave them a tip, they well deserved it!
I will recommend this company any time! and definitely they understand how to treat an expensive piano.
