Pro Tub Resurfacing

I had my shower pan and kitchen sink resurfaced and they look brand new! The kitchen sink was in especially bad condition and I hated it every time I went to do the dishes. And doing the dishes already suck, right? I should have done this sooner! Chris did a really great job.
I was also pleased with my interactions with Karen. She was very patient answering all my questions prior to me scheduling. Very pleasant experience.
Oh, also, they will warn you that the process is very smelly, but it’s really not that bad. The kitchen has a window so there was hardly a smell in there. The bathroom has no window, but they were able to vent the air out pretty decently. The smell was definitely stronger in there than the kitchen, but not too bad. And it really does dissipate in about 24 hours.

I was truly impressed with the job done by Ozzie! My bathtub is probably from the 80s and it showed. Now it looks like a brand new bathtub without the brand new tub price tag. I also had my standing shower resurfaced and it looks better than ever! I would have given it 5 stars but the representative Karen upset me a little with rescheduling my appoint at 730 in the morning via my voicemail that I did not get until 930am as I was waiting for the team to arrive since 830am as we agreed and confirmed. When I called Karen to see what happened she expressed calling my cell and leaving a voicemail and expressed that she Assumed it was okay to change the appointment since I hadn’t returned the call. Hmmmmmm well I didn’t notice the call or voicemail hence the reason for my call of concern. The worse part is she started getting a royal attitude with me due to her mistake and assumption that I was okay with rescheduling. I was Not okay with the reschedule at all. I asked the woman to calm down and show some professionalism as I am the Paying Customer. Tip for this company make sure to be accountable for your mistakes and offer the client something to make up for the error! The customer is always right especially when spending money with your company. Great job Ozzie! We are happy with the work you did for us!
