Had items stored there for way too long. The access code box is difficult to use and we had no lighting above the unit.
On several occasions the door opened and what looked to be troubled people getting stuff from a small storage door/room.
What freaked us out was 2 things we complained about–
1.There’s a large gap above all units where sprinkler system goes above ea unit.
On two occasions we found used rubber thrown over our door, laying on top of the boxes. Office said «Sorry».
2. Once we removed all items, we found out that somehow boxes in the center holding valuable family historic pictures, documents, antique sewing machine, had gotten covered in water, soaked. When we complained, they threw the contract back at us on email. They denied the sprinklers went off. And, stated we should have used our own insurance.
Use this facility at your own risk.
Something shady going on with their other «clients», on PCH.

I am one of their customers. This is an extremely clean storage facility. The cleanest I have ever used, and I have used a lot of different facilities over the years. Additionally the lighting is terrific. Paperwork was accomplished quickly. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful. Only negative thing is access is a little difficult. However this business deserves my consideration as it fairly close to Downtown Long Beach. The upside to the modest access, is that the outside environment doesn’t get inside, making this facility unusually clean, safe and quiet. Knowing that my stored items will remain clean and dust free is a huge plus.
