Willow Ridge Condominiums Clubhouse

We have owned here for many, many years and have nothing but good stuff to say:
So wonderful to live in a private community and to have access to the club house, tennis courts, pool, gym, tons of trees/​beautiful landscaping on private roads, a dog friendly environment, and to feel safe walking around day or night. All areas are very clean and well kept. There are always improvements on the calendar for areas that may be in need us homeowners can attend all meetings to voice suggestions. Most recent improvements were done on the pool decking, newly topped tennis courts, new roofs, and interior ourdoor flooring for resurfacing. All is done while keeping the HOA dues very low at $ 425 a month with a special assessment of $ 100 /​mo ending in 2016.
The front gate has a ²⁴⁄₇ attendant (not security guard) to ensure proper access of cars into the community.
The management company and the volunteers on the board for our association are wonderful! If one has a concern one can just email the management company and it will be taken care of. The patrol drive-​by is to make sure all parked in the community has a valid pass or sticker and one will be notified before towing to obtain proper parking. If the patrol drive by notices any foul play the Signal Hill police will be called as they are just patrol cars and not police officers.

I have lived her now for about a year. I
Love so much about it but a lot needs a change.
Let’s start with positives
It’s in a quiet and clean location and has awesome gardening that is done. The pool and jacuzzi are also nice places to hang in the summer. It’s a plus living next to costco especially now that they have gas.
The negatives:
Management is noooo help! I’ve called and talked to them before and they are rude and push the problems around or blame us. The gym needs updated equipment. Outgoing mail needs to be more secure. My mail has been stolen before. Also the security is a rare drive by and various wArnings left by email or on your car. I could do without that especially with what we pay.
Overall it is a great place for temporary living but I would not settle down here

This is a nice Clubhouse, nothing too spectacular but a nice place to hang out when I go and see my friend
