Mayfly has some of the best coffee in town! Locally roasted on Signal Mountain with great business values. A percentage of all the coffee they sell is donated to various environmental charities. They also do what they call «beyond fair trade”-where they work directly with the coffee farmers to eliminate the middle man. Thereby, guaranteeing the best price for the farmer and for Mayfly. There new coffee house located on Mississippi Ave on Signal Mountain is a great place to stop for a great cup of coffee or espresso. Highly recommend Mayfly and all that they stand for!
