I stopped in late at night and there were rooms available. I grabbed a standard room with a king bed. The room was very very clean. In the morning I took a quick shower and was surprised they had a soft water system. Then I grabbed some free OJ and a bagel downstairs before I headed out. If you are in the area and are looking for a cheap clean place to stay, this will fit the bill perfectly!

Good, clean option in Sigourney. A really nice addition to an under-​served area. About $ 70+ for a basic room, rates/​booking available online. Rooms are large and include a coffeemaker and satellite TV and wi-​fi + free continental breakfast. If you’re fishing, there is a cleaning house and grills for guests too. We’ve stayed here a few times and generally been pleased. The walls and floor seem a bit thin so it can get noisier than it should be, and our last stay a few days ago, there was a musty «wet dog» odor which I think came from the air conditioner. Still, we’ll be back on future visits. Friendly staff. Gave us the 10% AAA discount after asking us if we were members at arrival even though we had not booked that rate and been aware of it.
