Driving through and used Unilocal to find this place.
Great ambiance and Gage was a great waiter.
Avocado fries are a bit rich but the food was consistently good.

This place is cool. Great beer selection and great food. I’m not a huge desert fan, but the brownie sundae was one of the best deserts I’ve had in a long time. Highly recommend this place.
Also, the pretzel bread is awesome.

Sat at the bar. Bartenders not great at giving out silverware gud beer. Upscale place to have a $ 10 burger. Pretty gud. I’ll comeback. FYI there is a $ 34 beef tenderloin but I opted for the guacamole burger… it was good.
Okay I’m changing my review. Tip should have been $ 4 (20%) but bartender only give back 5’s I almost gave him no tip Bc even tho it’s a dollar it’s pretty presumptuous of him = S. I. M. B.

Did not taste good as it looks. Asked for a medium well burger. It was well done, flavorless, crisp and burnt. The waiter was inexperience. Is this the best Siloam has to offer?

28 springs! one of my favorite places to go after after my day at bathe! love the food, atmosphere, and friendly service! tried the filet last night with grits and fresh steamed green beans! It was wonderful! melts in your mouth! the house salad is fabulous! definitely a place to go when in siloam springs

They should have paid me to eat there. Let’s start with drinks. When asked a waiter/​waitress should be able to provide you with some level of knowledge about a signature drink on the menu. Not step around the explanation until everyone is more confused than when we started. Also I had to send back my beer due to some sticky brown glob on the inside of the glass. Next we ordered the Thai Beef salad as an appetizer. We wait and wait, our server comes by and says it’s almost ready the kitchen is just backed up. I look around and see a half full restaurant? Kitchen backed up? Or amateur hour… Needless to say, burger over cooked fries over seasoned. Salmon too salty, and to top it all off found a hair in the dessert. Now thanks 28 Springs for comping the late as midnight salad and the two desserts that took almost 45 mins to make with the side of hair. But you fell flat, I over heard the table next to us order the signature 28 springs roasted chicken only to be told that the half empty restaurant has run out. How in the world does that even happen? Amateur hour… I did like the décor. So if your looking for a place to stare at the wall, get bad service, drink bad drinks and eat bad food give good olé 28 Springs a try.

Great atmosphere; food is good. It may be that you come here on a good day when the kitchen staff is doing everything right or it may be that you hit it on not such a good day. We’ve been here three times. First two were spectacular. Burger was actually medium rare as ordered. Crawfish and grits with beurre blanc was amazing the first time. Today, it was disappointing. Tasted shrimp-​y and the browned butter sat in a pool in the bottom of the bowl. Drinks look good and good selection of local beers. We’ll give them another try and hope we hit it on a good day.

Interesting how all of the fair reviews for 28 Springs have been omitted. Hopefully all of the new restaurants coming to Siloam Springs will lay this dog to rest. Was there December 7, 2015. Still overpriced, not worth the trip downtown. All of the five-​star reviews are fake. 28 Springs is a shame to the city!

I give 5 stars for Siloam Springs, this is the best place to go here, and actually is very nice. Great bartenders, they make some very tasty drinks. My favorite is the Mezcal Mule. They have a extensive liquor assortment, and some very crafty cocktails. The menu is varied, in other words, everyone should be able to find something they would like. Go, you will enjoy, it is a great place!

I have been there twice now. Food is great and they have really good craft beer on tap. However, don’t get in any hurry. Both times it has taken at least 10 – 15 minutes to get drinks and over 30 minutes for food.

Love this place. Great atmosphere. Everything is good! I had the best meatloaf I’ve ever had. The food is also set up so uniquely. Staff is great! Also like being able to watch the chefs cook

Excellent. Gourmet type food in a small town. Who would have thought? Super service. The hummus app is fantastic. The bread they bring out has the best butter with it. I’m not sure what’s in it but it can spoil your dinner by eating so much. We will definitely be back.

We’ve been to many of the great restaurants in NWA. In my opinion, this one ranks up there with those. Fantastic drink menu. My wife loved her Chicken Parmesan and I loved my simple pasta and chicken breast. I will come with a larger appetite next time and try one of their many steak options. Kitchen is «open» and so you can see what is going on. We sat in the bar/​lounge area where all the TVs are rather than the dining area. Both areas are very nice. Highly varied menu. Knowledgable staff. We will be returning many times in the future.

My cadre of coworkers and I stopped through the city of Siloam and were presently surprised by the décor of the city and this gem of a Restaraunt. It was middle of the day Saturday, late noon, and walked in with a party of six and were sat immediately with our choice of lounge or dining area.
We went lounge and had a great atmosphere, exposed brick walls and TVs for every vantage point.
The menu as well was solid and though my friends all got the well dressed burger I locked eyes on the farm house burger with its fried egg and twice fried schezuan fries. The burger arrived cooked to order (egg over easy burger to medium). I’ll admit the bacon maple syrup glaze was a little to sweet to taste for me I know many others who would thoroughly enjoy the salty sweet meat treat.
I’d definitely hit this place up again and again.
Bonus: great coffee selections.

Food and service are great no complaints! The Bartender knows his booze and makes good recommendations on food and beer. I have been to almost every restaurant in the area and this place will have my business again.

All the wonderful meals and times we have had at 28 Springs.
It is that place you leave feeling like your Grandma fed you really good… if your Grandma is a Down Home Chef! We just live the attitude and service always. Hope they are there forever.

This is my go to place whenever I’m in town. I have never had a bad meal here, and judging from the crowd of regulars, I am not alone. This is a hidden jewel in a town filled mostly with diners and dives. There are always spectacular specials, and the waitstaff and bartenders are always excellent.

Sitting at the bar is the best place to be here. The bartenders really are craftsman and take a lot of pride in their cocktails and brews. Food is great and the menu changes based on availability of the local farmers.

I got the tempura season vegetables which was just yellow squash and zucchini. It didn’t have a lot of flavor but the dipping sauce made up for that. I also got the catfish cakes for my entrée and they were fantastic! 5 stars for this dish. My husband got a burger and he said it was just OK. I ordered a cup of tea and they were out of tea bags so the waitress upgraded it to a pot of tea at no charge. If I was from this area I would eat here frequently. There were several things on the menu that sounded good.
New restaurant with contemporary design. Nice clean restrooms with changing tables.

Cool atmosphere with a huge wine and beer selection, it’s a great place for a burger or if you prefer a more sophisticated menu they have something that will dazzle the taste buds.
