Very pleased with Family Florists! I ordered flowers online and they called me to say that the flowers I wanted hadn’t bloomed. She made me a new arrangement that was even better than my original order. I was so blown away. She even sent me a text with a picture of the new arrangement before they delivered it. Great customer service. This my new go to floral shop in Siloam Springs.
