Went in on a Saturday evening. Waited 20 minutes. Finally got waited on as we were leaving. Ordered tea. Never got it. Pizza was ok but small. My wife ordered a mango gellato. Tasted like fish. Couldn’t eat it. I was very disappointed. Had only read good things about this place. Won’t go back. I think all those great reviews must be from the owners. Don’t waste your time or money. This place is over rated. If you want great pizza go the extra 30 miles and go to Fayetteville. Jeff M.

Exceptional service, classic pizza with great topping combos, and the Italian sodas are bomb. If you come to town and do t eat here you are missing out.

I can’t believe that I have driven through this town hundreds of times and have never stopped here to eat! What a wonderful and cozy place, that has better pizza than anywhere. I wish they were located in my city. I will definitely be stopping here ever time I come through NW Arkansas

Stopped in Fratelli’s Pizza while in town on business. First, let me say I am a little bit of a pizza snob having eaten at the Original John’s, Lombardi’s, and Grimaldi’s in New York and the original Giordano’s and Uno in Chicago. So any criticism I give is in comparison to the best of the best. Let me say that I never expected to find such good pizza in such a small town. I started with a Caprese salad, it was made with fresh ingredients but nothing special. Still anytime I can enjoy a fresh Caprese salad it’s a plus. I also ordered the«3 Pigs» with pepperoni, Sausage and prosciutto. The crust is thin but not crunchy. You would definitely need to «fold over» but the flavor was outstanding. The crust, sauce and toppings were excellent. The service was friendly but somewhat inattentive. I had to ask to have my tea glass filled and the waitress did not check on me but once during my visit. Still it was a very good experience and I definitely recommend you stop for this jewel of NW Arkansas.

If I could give ten stars, I would! I know pizza is a divisive topic(Chicago style, New York style, blah blah blah) but for my taste, this is the best pizza hands down! Plus they deliver it right to your door! What could be better? Oh that’s right, the gelato! :)

Excellent food and service. It is not often that I get to meet a restaurant owner so dedicated to the eating experience. A definite must while in Siloam Springs!

I came to visit my friend who lives in Siloam and he said he had found an amazing pizza place. I was skeptical at first considering the size of this town, but I’ve been several times now and I make it a point to go every time I’m in Siloam. One of the best thin crust pizzas I’ve ever had. Their toppings are varied and fun. Fresh and delicious. And the owner is friendly and a great guy. Highly recommended. A must visit if you’re in town.

Best pizza I’ve ever had. Beats every slice I’ve ever eaten in New York, Chicago and every other city I’ve ever been to and I’ve been to pretty much every city, big and small, in this country. I cannot stress enough how good their pizza was not how glad I was to have found this gem.

Great pizza for being out of NY or Chicago! Great, fresh and nice people… if you ever find yourself in this part of the world… worth the detour!

This places’ pizza is really amazing and maybe the best I’ve eaten in a while. Probably recommend getting more than one though because they go fast. But don’t go in if you are starving because they usually take a long time to cook but that’s if they are busy and that’s because they have only one oven but that’s ok. I would overall recommend this place if your not in a rush to eat. Also I ordered the meatball and Margherita pizza both delicious. They also might send you to another building next door.

One of our top three places to eat in Siloam! Can’t beat that thin crust, wood fired pizza. Margarita is the best! Service is great as well. Takes a little longer than some places but that’s to be expected. Love this place!

I Spoke with their people 2 times today to make sure they had GF crust BEFORE calling to order.(The menu says to check for availability) neither time did the person mention that the gluten-free crusts are 9″ after cooking. I Called them to explain that their take-out menu says pizzas are 12″ and ours were 9″. Scott told us that the box(I assume the gF crusts are premade) say they are 10″. I explained that we were trying to feed a group, which included kids. He said, «well, they’ll feed one person», kinda snarkily. I said we INTENDED to feed two people per pizza on a 12″ pizza. He offered an apology and said he didn’t know what else to do. Three times. Poor confused owner didn’t know how to right a wrong! How about offering another pizza… or two? Hm?) So, after spending $ 74 for 6 tiny pizzas, we had to make pasta at home to feed those who didn’t have enough to be a meal. Customer service is pathetic, sad, disgusting. Pizzas, and we tried several combinations, were good, but not spectacular. We’ll get frozen Freshetta GF at the grocery store in the future.

So my wife and I came to Siloam for a friend’s graduation and we were starving afterwards. Not knowing the town very well, we kind of accidentally ended up in the old downtown area after having failed to find an open Thai restaurant. My wife is gluten intolerant, so when we go out to eat, gluten free menu options are a must. Fratelli’s DOES offer substitution of GF crust for a $ 1.50 up charge, and you can choose any of their toppings options with it. My wife ordered the«Three Little Pigs»(you can choose 3 different meats from a list of 6 or so). She chose pancetta, prosciutto, and salami, and also had them add fresh basil. She absolutely loved the pizza. Word of caution when choosing cured meats: considering the saltiness of cured meats, if you are salt sensitive, you may want to order something else. My wife wasn’t bothered by it whatsoever, as she likes her food on the salty side. Just a helpful hint. I ordered the«Cappriciosa», which has tomato sauce, black olives, mushrooms, prosciutto cotta, mozzarella, and artichoke hearts. It was incredible; truly a delicious pizza. While there, my wife saw them hand-cutting their meats, and they also serve gelato which is out of this world. All told, Fratelli’s is a diamond in the rough here in Siloam Springs, and I would highly recommend stopping here to fill up on incredible food!

Great ‘zza. Amazingly friendly and accommodating staff. They were crazy busy, but weren’t stressed. In fact, the all seemed like they were enjoying the press. Great pie with fantastic toppings. Will definitely be returning

One of the cool things they offer is a free mezzaluna per day for a person that can’t afford to eat. Limited offer, but I think it’s cool they help the poor. Salad small, but fresh and the ranch is tasty. Pizza crust crunchy, yet soft. We had number 14 mountaineer. The Tomato sauce tastes like fresh tomatoes. The cheese is flavorful and the speck tastes like bacon that is not smoked. Imported from Italy ingredients. free parking. Out of the way location, so low wait time. Italian coffee from fresh ground beans, it takes a while, but they make each item to order. I give 5 stars. Follow maps and come here, bring $ 20 a person so you can get dessert, too. I am surprised how good it is. Not a chain. CHRISTIAN business.

I really enjoyed the atmosphere. LOVE the gellato. really liked the cheesesticks. we order the chicken wasn’t to my liking but just think it wasn’t my taste. I will get a pepperoni pizza next time. only reason I’m giving g it a 4 stars were the because of the staff. we sat there with empty drinks during our meal. we were the only ones in there so they weren’t busy. had to get up and ask them to refill. plus our table was dirty when we sat down. other than that we enjoyed it

had the meatball pizza. The server ranted about how good it was. REALLY??? the crust was pretty good I will say… however…the pizza was very bland. No real flavor at all. seasoning was non existent. The meatballs tasted exactly like the frozen«meatballs in a bag» you get at the supermarket. i looked at my ticket and noticed there was not an amount on it so when i went to pay, the server swiped my credit card and showed me an electronic tablet. no amount on it either, she just pointed to a spot where she wanted me to push it to give her a 20% tip. like a fool i did and was not given a receipt because for some reason it didnt print one. i left with no idea of what all this just cost me. i drove 60 miles to try this place. bad mistake and waste of fuel and money. won’t ever be back.

Stopped in for gelato and was pleasantly surprised. The gelato was absolutely wonderful. My strawberry was real fruity with real strawberry all mixed in. the peanut butter cup had little mini peanut butter cups inside. So good! I am going to have to come back to have pizza or calzone. The woodfired smell of the pizza cooking was extremely tantalizing. Unfortunately, I already had lunch. Definitely will bookmark fort next visit. Sept. 13, 2014. Came back for pizza. It was as awesome as the gelato. Highly recommended.
