Every time I visit this location there is an issue. I carry cash because so often they say they cannot take cards, another big issue is them cleaning the mocha and frappé machines. Today I visited at midnight and was told the machines were being cleaned went back at 6 am and was told the same thing when I told the rude cashier that they have been being cleaned since midnight she told me they probably just didn’t want to serve them before but they really were being cleaned now. Rude attitudes is the normal for this location. I will not ever go here again too many issues with bad service for me to waste my time.

I don’t get all the negative reviews? This location was busy, but the line moved so quickly. It was pretty new and very clean. The employees were friendly and greeted us promptly. Our order was ready quickly and correctly.

I would give less than one star if I could. Since this new location opened we have found many things wrong. Hair and debris from other food to not giving the full amount or quantity. Just bought a large mocha frape with a good inch or two from the top. Idk where my money goes but def not into my food or drink. Sad! I will just eat at Arby’s anymore even with their wreckless entry way. Check out my picture. I asked the lady at the window where the rest is and she explained that where they stop at. Not true I always order with no whip and it’s usually full to the top.

For me, the best thing about McDonald’s has been their fries. No more! The new McDonalds in Siloam Springs has decided to dump salt on their fries to the point of making them inedible. After throwing out three orders of fries over two weeks I decided to return to the store to try and show the problem to the manager. I asked for the manager, told him the fries were salted so much they could not be eaten. He said that’s the way people like them, there was nothing he could do. I asked for a refund, he said he couldn’t do that once I had left the store. I quietly left, won’t ever go back. Too bad, another McDonalds forgets who the customers are. A dirty shame!
