Snappy Dry Cleaning

I have never been treated so poorly by a business before. We have used them three times, twice for dry cleaning and once for alterations, and they were all bad experiences.
The first time we went for dry cleaning, a very delicate dress came back frayed and ruined and they said they «followed the instructions» and wouldn’t do anything about it.
The second time we went, my wife’s alterations did not fit and looked horrible and they charged us another $ 60 to fix their mistake. Since it was for an upcoming wedding, we had no choice.
The third time we went (shame on me) several of the articles of clothing (dresses and dress shirts) came back with permanent red stains. I spoke with manager, who rudely refused to fix the problem or even partially reimburse us for the ruined clothing.
If you value your clothing or your money, please look elsewhere.
