Chelsea and Brian are great. This is a truly unique addition to the Silver City coffee arena — offering fresh roasted coffee by the 10ths of a pound and unique brewing and bean combinations that stand out.
It’s bizarre that we are privileged with this kind of experience in Silver City. If you enjoy coffee — get your beans here — if you enjoy drinks — get them here. If you enjoy life — come here.

Wow. After seeing this little nano-​roasting joint pop up around the corner from my home, I had to try it. I walked on over to their street-​side window with my pup in tow and tried their hot fast Kenyan brew, buttered.
The depth of flavor is fantastic. I loved the silkiness that the butter lended but look forward to trying it black. I can’t help but feel that this is how coffee should be done.
The menu is simple, but offers everything you need. Choose a fast or slow brew (I think), hot or cold, and take your pick from several exotic roasts they have. For an extra bit of creamy goodness, have it buttered.
They also sell the beans, house-​made brownies, and kale chips. Bring your own cup or bean container for a discount.
Honestly, I can’t wait to try their other roasts. I hope this place (Chelsea and Brian?) does well here in Silver!
