Worst service ever. They got the order completely wrong. Within 15 minutes the sub was soggy from too much oil it was assembled like a complete mess. The only thing they got right about the sub was which meat to use and even then didn’t even sauce the fingers at all! The bacon was horrible on the blt, which some how was also soggy. The calzone was disgusting the dipping sauce tastes like it was mixed with dish water and was mostly all bread with little to no cheese or meat.

A great place to get your local meats and cheeses. They also have great subs and macaroni salad! My family and I always come here while we are in town. I would recommend coming here to anyone!

THE BEST BLUE CHEESE YOU WILL EVER HAVE IN YOUR LIFE. Serious.
Chicken fingers are absolutely amazing, and the pizza subs are my favorite too.
Order the cheese fries, it will be the best $ 3 you’ll spend in your entire life.
I love the Pchelka family. They always great me by name, and when I call to order, they also recognize me by my voice. I am literally scared to move away from silver creek because I don’t know what I’d do without Ellie’s Deli!

I’ve been going to Ellies deli for about 20 years. I call ahead for my orders. I pick them up they usually wait on me in under a minute. They seem never to take any longer than 15 minutes to complete the order from when I call to when I pick them up.
I usually only get the pizza logs. They are always cooked to perfection and they have the best marinara sauce I’ve ever had. The recipe has never changed. It’s the only reason I go there is because of the sauce, you can get pizza logs at any pizza place.
I give it four stars because the place can use some updating and some paint.

Price is good for what you get. Amazing BBQ chicken finger Pizza. They have plenty to choose from and the speed of service is usually reasonable. I recommend ordering Pizza from here if your having a party or get together.

Amazed. 6 people working at 6pm on a tuesday… Already see red flags when we walk in and the guy is playing with the register and refuses to acknowledge us. A simple «We’ll be right with you» would be great but, whatever, I know the feeling of getting sidetracked and overwhelmed in an understaffed pizzeria…
After they decided to figure out one of the 6 should be at the front counter… they managed to have us sit and wait a bit (again whatever, minor hiccup, but it’s adding). More people came in (about 4 people in total) and each was an adventure. A couple of middle aged women came in to eat a slice and they managed to cock-​up the next guy in line’s request to be served after the women sat down and they left him standing there with his… bag in his hand, asking if he had to have a «call sign» to get served and they laughed at him without serving him. He packed up and left.
Then another person came in. because they are so understaffed at 6 people already… Then upon our food finally being ready they tried to cash 2 of us out at once, cocking that up as well. Clowns.
This visit was after they screwed up our order and we were returning to get it «fixed» with a new pizza. We ordered another large pizza (ordered a med on our own) and 2 subs. The large Pizza was meant to be a white pizza… but what whatever grease or mishap that happened to the recipe left us with simply this: Dough, Cheese, Cubed (not sliced) RED onions, and cubed tomatoes (again not sliced). If you know why I paid an extra four or so bucks for this «speciality pizza» then you know I wanted a pizza a bit different and tasty… but with NO OIL or ANY SAUCE? What a dry, expensive, brick of dough, and cheese.
I grew up in this area and knew the subs from Silver Creek used to rival Gowanda’s local place… now Gowanda is closed and they are playing at running a pizzeria at Ellie’s Deli.
Disgusting food with errors in the making of and the recipe itself, Amazingly poor customer support, and overpriced for the food they produce.

Went to Ellie’s and stood at the counter for 3 minutes and didn’t get waited on. Staff walked right by and even looked toward me.

This spot has by far the best pizza around. It’s exactly what you think of when you’re craving pizza in the middle of the day or night. It’s especially good at 10am after a lot of alcohol and a horrible hangover. Their subs are awesome too. Highly recommend:)

When it’s time to order pizza and wings — our phone has Ellie’s already dialed in! The prices are average — their delivery service above average and their pizza is normally right up there or a bit ahead of the rest.
I’ve been disappointed with their wings, but then again — no one has wings as big as Walmart!
For us — the best part of Ellie’s Deli is being able to order and get our food delivered on time or slightly ahead of schedule.
