I tried going to the 7-Eleven for the very last time today. I walked out angry, after standing at the counter for a very long time while the clerk continue to ignore me as she played lottery tickets… Normally that would be fine but there was no one else in the store! She did not knowledge that I was standing there at all! Every time that I’ve gone into the store the clerks were rude,.(usually speaking to other people in the store that spoke their language) but not speaking to the customers in English! And anytime I asked a question, they had no idea what I was talking about, seems like they’ve never heard of cheese, they’ve never heard of water or any other thing that I would ask about! like how much is a hotdog? they had no idea what a hot dog was! At the very least I would ask that they would engage customers instead of speaking to their coworkers and other people who were coming in the store that apparently were from their home country! I tried going to the store at least seven times! Every time I had a shitty experience! I’m never coming back to this 7-Eleven again! Apparently they’ve never heard of customer service!

I’m here at 9:05 in the morning on a Sunday, the cashier tells me they don’t make flavored coffees today… it’s not busy enough. I’m out of here never to return.

The store is clean and has a decent selection that you’d expect from a 7-eleven. My complaint is the staff’s incompetency and inability to speak English or Spanish.

Not sure what to say here, I went into purchase some Gatorade and it was advertised for one price clearly displayed on the shelf that I pulled it from. It rang up for twenty cents more then what was displayed. I was told that the display price was incorrect. Well as far as I know if that price is displayed, then that is what the consumer pays. I have no problem with stores that are foreign owned, I frequent them often, but please don’t think I’m stupid or ignorant as a consumer. Also there was another customer who was having the same issue with their purchase and was getting the same BS story. I guess they just figure that people will be allowed to be taken advantage of band this 7 – 11 will gladly take their money. As an aside, I went to another 7 – 11 two blocks away and it was amazing that everything was marked correctly.

I don’t ask much from 7 – 11. I don’t really care about the customer service. It’s a 7 – 11; I don’t have any unrealistic expectations. And chances are, if I’m there, it’s because it’s late or I’m in a rush. If it was a 24⁄7 convenience store that offered good customer service, it would have to owned by Magician’s. It would be Olivanders Wand shoppe. But, one thing i will ask for is… when I go to the restroom– … there be toilet paper. And if they didn’t have toilet paper– when I go to the store attendant– I would hope that he could provide me some toilet paper. But nope, he couldn’t. Because it was«in the office» which was locked. So. he recommended that I use some napkins… and I said… no… and I asked him if he carried any toilet paper for sale. He points me in the direction and I go grab it from the shelf. I show it to him at the register thinking he’ll just«mark it out» but he rings me up for it. Ok FINE. We can play that game. I did«need to make a purchase» to use the restroom as the signage said. I just didn’t expect that purchase to be the toilet paper. So I go into the restroom. «Do my taxes» and go to use the sink. No soap. No paper towels. To be fair — there was a hand dryer. But, judging by the lack of everything. G-d only knows how long they have been out of everything. and they serve food. Grossys. I left the toilet paper in the bathroom. To ya know… pass it on! Happy Holidays people!
