Very pleased with the dry cleaning service we have received. The owner is extremely nice to work with as well. She told me today that she has many repeat customers. I wish they would leave their feedback in order to balance out the few negative rants that have been left on here.

I am very disappointed. I did my alteration and it was alright but the dry cleaning wasn’t good at all. I dropped off a shirt and 3 blazers, it looks like they just pressed it and did not clean it at all. I don’t wanna go back and have them fix it because there’s no point. I’ll just go back to my previous cleaners, now i wouldn’t mind driving for a few minutes to get a quality cleaning.

If I could give negative I would. My family has used them on occasion for over several years. We dropped off several things and upon arrival there was already a woman arguing with them about not having only one pair of pants to pick up when there was two. The employee was saying there was only one pant dropped off but the customer had the receipt clearly indicating two pants… with my issue she refused to accept responsibility for completely running a brand new $ 200 dress. There was absolutely nothing wrong with the dress but when it was returned it had bluish stains all over it and she kept on saying that’s the way it was brought. It is a complete fabrication and not only did she refuse to apologize or accept responsibility, she charged us $ 53?!! In my opinion it’s not only bad business it’s just being a bad person. Things happen, but you can at least take ownership and be apologetic. I will not step foot in that place of business ever again.

I was a customer here for over a year. They did a good job cleaning most of the time but I have had to return on multiple occasions because of a missed stain. I have had my pants hemmed and patched here before. The first time I paid to have my pocket patched they did not do the work when I came to pick it up. I told the young man working there that they missed it and he took care of it and apologized. The pants patchwork came undone today in the same spot so I brought them back and told the lady working that I have been here for the same repair and I wanted it done right this time. She looked up my history and argued that I have never paid for that repair. I told her I have and the young man can vouch for me but I would pay again I just want it done right this time but she just kept saying that they have never done that work and it’s not showing up in her system. I asked when the young guy would be working again because he knows me and would vouch for me. She would not respond to that question. I again offered to pay and said what do you want to do? Do you want to make it right or me take my business elsewhere. She said again that I never had the repair done there and handed me my receipt from what I was picking up. I guess business is booming and she doesn’t mind loosing a customer.
